how to create my own brush

You can customize your brushes in the brush panel. Right-click an empty slot and choose a new default brush, then just mess about with the settings for it. ((you might want to download texture packs))

usuall,y most tablets so if you actually HAVE pen pressure on the tablet, some tablets don't come with pen pressure and just actl ike a mouse

sometimes the sensitivty stops working randomly in SAI with me, so i just restart my PC and it's fine after.

also, if your tablet doesn't have sensitivty but it should, you should visit your product manufacturers site and reinstall your tablet drivers, since they might be outdated and that's stopping it from working properly.
