There isn't any confusion to be honest.
Some people just can't be bothered to read. Theres a difference between being lazy to read and actually understanding. They do not have to keep repeating this over and over again in every contest. There is a reason why they link it back to the Global rules. If you cannot follow then too bad. Not his fault, he warned you.

These are only examples. As long as you're map is related to Easter, there shouldn't be any problems.
