Reviews until checkpoint at #113 Rejected: @6735717 - Fuzzyfirsdog - since divine mode has a large spawnzone, portals makes it unnecessary for builts. @6639699 - Kimsterjay - the hole part is soloable, and it's generic considering that it's solvable with standard H foundation and bridge build. Reference ![]() @6747687 - Makudomakudo - it doesn't look good with so many death tokens and unaligned grounds, and the anticloud grounds are unnecessary. @6750702 - Hitsugayapd - offscreen cheese and hole, and shaman can still access the whole map due to the large spawn range in divine mode even when confined in the cage. @6750931 - Elite4woolfy - unaligned grounds and visually unappealing, generic @6752976 - Xconvictedx - hidden roof makes the solution shown in the reference possible as mice won't fly too high and die. Generic concept(similar to @1061308, @557888 and @2551172) Reference ![]() @6752995 - Xconvictedx - offscreen gameplay. Reference ![]() @6756349 - Xconvictedx - the cage is pointless especially in divine mode. Some misaligned grounds(e.g. the anticloud) and mouse hole. @6757848 - Plubio - anvil-chain penetration significantly reduces the difficulty of this map and cage is walljumpable. Reference ![]() The many different types of grounds in such close proximity is a bit irritating at first. The large cloud doesn't encourage interesting builds like dynamic solutions, it just reduces possible solutions. There only few solutions to the map, which makes it boring. @6765309 - Cinderpelt17 - generic and too easy even for difficulty 1. (similar to @1981715) Reference ![]() @6765325 - Cinderpelt17 - generic and boring @6763818 - Elen1020 - the cloud and grass grounds should be behind earth ground to make it look better, and the long ice wall may result in more walljumping skills than shaman's divinity skills. Reference ![]() @6763853 - Elen1020 - unaligned grounds and generic(similar to 1400684, 1910562, 1631115 and 1150596) @6763889 - Elen1020 - Large wasted spacem and the 10 by 10 clouds are hard to spot especially with the background. Reference ![]() @6765318 - Elen1020 - some unaligned grounds and not appealing, would be better if the ground borders are adjusted. @6765337 - Elen1020 - more experienced mice can use the lava to their advantage @6781089 - Elen1020 - basically a build-a-thon, it's pretty generic as it's just building a bridge across, not much value added. @6781100 - Elen1020 - It would be better if the hole is centered to cloud ground, and there is a large wasted space, gameplay is generic as well. @6170999 - Uhuge - double shaman is not allowed in divinity and generic. @5900175 - Uhuge - ice grounds too thin: since this map is a little complicated players should make effort to find out where to make foundations and how to stabilize. so it shouldn't be allowed to make simple anvil-chain-force foundations too easily around ice grounds. @6734108 - Bigzzz - something at (0,0) should be removed. anticlouds should be expressed by hollowed normal grounds or colored rectangles. it would be better if the anticloud under the square were centered. @4372606 - Tomdizzy - gravity too strong that mice cant go up the slope shown in the picture: Reference ![]() It makes the map stressful and more monosolution. The only purpose of antigravity here (in other word, the reason why this shouldn't be normal gravity) that can be acknowledged is to disable the solution shown in this picture: Reference ![]() Other than that, antigravity only adds a poor concept "harder because of antigravity" to the main concept no-anchor cloud. under normal gravity, disabling the poor solu can be implemented by adding an anticloud. Almost Accepted: @6719779 - Uhuge - move the entire map to the right by x=60 and it will likely be accepted after being edited. ^^ @6774476 - Gekkeiju - make the grounds smaller and it will have the potential to be accepted the next time u submit it. @5615716 - Uhuge - anticlouds should be hollowed normal/colored grounds or purple coloured clouds, the alignments could be better, and the lightblue ground should be changed to a cloud ground. If changed, this map has potential to be accepted. ^^ Try submitting it again after editing :) @6784209 - Elen1020 - alignment of grounds, cheese and hole looks random and messy, and the cage should be made of anticlouds(a wood ground with 6a7595 colour ground in the middle). If well changed, this map has potential to be accepted. ^^ Accepted: @6730731 - Gekkeiju - challenging and interesting to build on :) @6737909 - Gekkeiju - great challenge for shamans @6738000 - Gekkeiju - interesting map Still in discussion: @6772896 - Elen1020 - @6785167 - Fuzzyfirsdog - Dernière modification le 1472804940000 |

Regarding 5615716 I just LOVED the map from the start when I understood the concept and layout. Just my cop of tea! Though I have one and only one, but big issue with it. The bottom corner of the middle ground is juuust below the bottom border of the map. This makes it unnecessary difficult to build the base around the middle ground, from left side to below. Resulting in fewer number of possible builds. Generally, I find "one-solution-type-only" maps boring. My suggestion is to raise the whole map, as it is, just one small "notch". So that the bottom corner of the middle ground ends just above the bottom border of the map. No need to raise high, making building easy. A challenge is a challenge. But a challenge does not need to be close to impossible? Screen shot of my solution is hidden behind the spoiler. (Also, I do not know if this thread is correct place to make such suggestions/discussions), if not, please do tell me correct place, so that I do not mess it up(?) in the future. ![]() Dernière modification le 1473245760000 |

Submiting @6852147 ![]() Oh, My first map is not so very good. But the second maybe have a potential? Submiting @6852814 (If only, Objects-connectivity and Dynamic ground could be two separate properties...) I am also considering that I probably should make the sphere a bit bigger. So that if cannoned away, you could not just put one single plank on top of the two cloud-dots... ![]() Dernière modification le 1473413280000 |
