| DTMAY for Xxxoliwaxxx  -- I was planning on opening cc commissions but apparently not now. Us Transformice artists don't deserve even the simplest of things, such as coins for cheese in an online game. I don't see how trying to ban commissions as a whole is going to do anything. "It's impossible for sentinels to regulate this", it sure is! They're mainly done through PMs and in private rooms on tfm, so I'm sorry to say but they're being done right now without anyone knowing. Things are given at the artist's/commissioner's risk. Nobody is forcing anyone to gift them in-game items. If you're willing enough to send someone an item over tfm, then I'm sure you understand that you aren't 100% likely to get something in return. They're (in most cases) cheese coins for christ's sake! Not exactly gold bars, are they? They're pretty simple to come by and yet they make a nice and easy tradeable item for art. As a whole, I'm quite disappointed and don't see why trading things for art is any cause for alarm. Trading art for art is near enough the same thing, given that you aren't completely likely, without a doubt going to get something in return. (This also can't always be regulated as many completed art trades are sent through PMs). |
