I believe having private alts allows you to moderate without being flooded with 40 whisper tabs.
When it comes to having a public alt account and a non-mod main account, I believe it is so they can still play as a normal player without being criticized for not moderating all the time.

Except people already know who's who so it doesn't really matter at this point if a moderator transfers power from the main account to an alt.

No longer showing up on /mod and no longer having a yellow name decreases contact traffic greatly.

The most important thing I think that needs to be addressed is the lack / aloofness of staff communication.

> mod tells you to use forum for appeal
> forum contact does nothing
> tries discord
> cookie-cutter response / i don't care
> rinse and repeat

If the mod's response is one of indifference, it's not a great showing for the company. Like why even apply for a mod position if you're going to ignore appeals? I'm sure there are plenty of reasons for this question, but I will not divulge on it. All I will ask for the staff to do is be more concerned, or at least act like it. There are good mods that do ban in a timely manner when it comes to active rule-breaking players and I have to give credit where credit is due.

As for A801's other games, big RIP.

* When playing Antares, I have to agree when playing the demo. It's just not optimized and unenjoyable to maneuver. I know it's supposed to represent "realistic" starship capabilities but it's a great turn off with all the frame drops.

* DeadMaze needs love. The only thing keeping it alive is the long endgame and PvP.

I hate how A801's financial plan is centered around getting that quick buck instead of the long-term cash flow. I guess I'll talk about more on this for another topic, since this is going on a tangent.

Yes I gave myself 500% to try and reignite social media and make a new event and training an external company for emails and doing furs and... it was during lockdown, I burnt myself out completely working hard while having to care for my baby full time. I completely collapsed. Days went by and I struggle to even eat properly, doing the bare minimum for tfm (items and planning) take me forever.
I know you need a proper community manager, and we can’t give you one. Advertising isn’t possible either, for 1$ invested players will only bring back 0.20cts, we tried with a lot of campaigns a few years ago. It’s not sustainable.
I have to stop here because of the panic attack but I’ll try to address the other points later.

So basically someone confirmed that transformice staff is corrupted and they add mostly their friends. I had terrible experiencies with some dick centinel and he replies in a sarcastic way or rather he just ignores you.

Lets said again with the pandemic atelier had a good oportunity again but we all know what happened.

We are gonna say this for 1000th time, please update/fix the game, maps editor, take care of all those bugged modules where its developers left the game years ago, and the countless things and aspect that should be fixed or updates, PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
