I meant the 17 and up.
12WX and 13HD I never got to touch around before though. I'd imagine they're rather light as they're just monitors.

I'm sticking to tablets under $100 because they work just fine and I don't really think a higher-quality tablet is really gonna be so much better or magically make my art any better, so why buy it?

I stick with my bamboo manga tablet because my dad says its expensive 'n shit and because I can use this perfectly on manga studio + and anime studio + so why would I need cintiqs.

You seem to be missing the point of the Cintiq.
It's not about needing them, it's just a luxury everyone wants because it's easier to draw on. Other people may seriously not be able to use graphics tablets because the eagle eye perspective can confuse them or it may even be just way too hard to get used to it.
If you move from traditional to a monitor tablet then the transition is easier because you're still drawing on a surface where you can see where your pen is moving.
In my case I need a monitor graphics tablet because regular graphics tablets can highly confuse me and other health issues.

Better details, smoother consistent lines, and I was able to get a style at this point because it was easier to draw and test around.

Drawing with a mouse is a pain in the ass, I tried it once because some of my friends complained about "TRY TO DRAW WITH A MOUSE YOURSELF" and daaamn, that was a hell. RIP mouse drawers, wish you good luck.

I don't need a fancy tablet, Intuos is good enough for me
