Can you still lock threads in the tribes' subforum?

As long as you have powers on your tribe forums, yes, you can.

i 'unno where to put this so yeah
i was trying to look for the touhou thread via the new thread search, but then it redirects me to x. i'm assuming by the URL it's trying to redirect me to page 61 in the off-topic forums, but it doesn't exist. is this some forum bug, or did they cut it off from the forums entirely?
and if it's cut off from the forums, am i allowed to remake the thread?

The section part is just to redirect you to which section the thread exists in, and it does redirect you to the off-topic section. (?)

I just tested it and it does work, simply click on the gear (

) next to the thread title, Edit, and then choose the closed state.

You do know the Soccer championship is coming. That's why they added the flags as well. It's for the Soccer Championship..

Click your avatar right next to your post to edit the post.

Go to the top right, and press your name. Then prss the (GEAR) symbol by your name. And press "Edit your avatar".
