when this was made at first, the tribe shaman changing it had to do with the idea of once the spiritual chief left, the highest rank would be tribe sham
but nowadays, you can change the spiritual chief, so it doesn't really apply anymore

I've made so many tribes and ending up disbanding them because of the names so this is such a great idea

Example if this is in transformice:

Your tribe name is Dogs.You want to change your tribe name to Cats.Its available.Another tribe wants to get the tribe name Dogs. Its available.
In 3 months,your tribe name is back to Dogs. The other tribe that changed its tribe name to Dogs hasnt had 3 months yet. Everyone in both tribes is confused for those remaining 3 months because they saw a person from the other tribe and they think "Oh no game is broken we dont see those members in the tribe even tho we have the same tribe name"
