Fifteen; however the rule is not concrete. You can be any age as long as you are mature.

Ok. I cant seem to find the application. It sends a link back to the Helper thread on CFM because it says that applications are closed.

I'm pretty sure you send a conversation on cheeseformice to "CFM Helper"
