This new version is nearly as bad as the other only for different reasons. At least it isn't as distracting as the solid black box but now it might as well not be there since so little of the chat appears . . .

I like this newer version and think it's much better than the last. It's less distracting with no background and I like how players can no longer spam a message in an attempt to block grounds with it.

To everyone complaining about there being so little words now: There's a chat box for a reason. Read that. Sure they could just remove the chat near your mouse, but it's useful for people who are busy playing the map and can't afford to look at the chat box at that moment.

If you're busy playing a map and can't afford to look at the chat box then what makes it so they have time to look around the entire map at what everyone's saying and having it cut off after 6 or 7 words?

If you're really here to play the game you wouldn't pay much attention to the chat till you either enter the hole or die. I'm curious to how many people actually read the chat bubble in-game because I'm one of those that didn't and payed a lot more attention to the chat since it showed all the information rather then just a fraction. The same goes for this and honestly it might as well not be there, not because it cuts off your text but because it's entire point is useless.

I actually kinda like it. And I like being able to change the text color via the shaman colors. Though I'd like it better if there was less of a limitation to the number of words.

oh yea I was aware of that, but rather than changing it up completely they could've just fixed the languages (packages??) themselves right

dunno. logically you would think it's possible but i guess it depends on how it was set up to display.

it's a bit annoying they keep making these changes yet seem to continue missing what people want. like, a+ for trying but you still arent gettin' it.

I like this version much better than the previous ones. The best thing is that it still uses your shaman color, to display your username.



An option to completely disable chat bubbles would be great yes, I'd have them disabled all the time in bootcamp.

I do seem to like this version. I could live with it no problem, and the fact, that the chat bubble makes it self transparent when it's overlapping the ground is awesome. I could definitely live with this update, though an option to disable the chat bubble completely (from your self and others) would be good for those, who are focused to play, not to chat

I like the new one, disappointed at the fact it took them 3 tries to get it right IMO, but anyways..
