Relax, bootcamp crew isn't dead, we have some crew behind the scenes who have been voting while all these other nobs have been inactive and they will continue to. Now if we can just get rid of Goondad...

Fucking hell, that isn't bad for Bootcamp crew, that's extremely bad for the entire Mapcrew, Nyoibou was basically the only one left who had basically extreme map maker knowledge past just being able to review maps. I hope you all have some players behind the scenes who know how to fix maps and answer the big questions. Nyoibou was literally so educated on the Map Editor that he was more experienced in it than even me, like he was the guy I came to when I had questions no one knew.

Because he left in protest back when Dracoleaf was fired for unfair reasons, however Barry has basically all the things, ingame bots, etc that help the Mapcrew stay together as a functioning team, so basically he left but also couldn't leave for reasons of functionality. Basically he contributed to the Dracoleaf protest without actually doing anything legitimate in protest.

Speaking of nobs, come on nob, you're making lots of assumptions here. I understand that viewing staff groups from the outside you can only judge situations based on what you see, but you need to understand that most of the stuff that map crew does happens behind the scenes and you are only aware of what people tell you. I don't want to sound like Nyoibou didn't do anything because he was one of the original map crew and he helped bootcamp and map crew in general a ton earlier on and I made sure to thank him for his contributions earlier today when he left. However he has been inactive for a long time now and we give members that have helped a lot earlier on a lot of slack when it comes to inactivity. We don't just coldly say "get the fuck out," we allow them some time to take a break to see if they become interested in helping again. That said, he has been inactive in a while. He has not been fixing mechanisms behind the scenes at least for a couple of years. We are no worse off than we were before in that regard.

I don't want to interrupt the discussion and all, and I have nothing against Nyoibou, he probably has done a lot of good. But since I've joined votecrew, and later on mapcrew he has never been active. Which is atleast two years. There are people behind the scenes who have the capabilities as Nyoi had too.

Also don't get me wrong, but you act like you know everyone and everything of the team, but that's not true, stuff happens behind the scenes too.

If the ones who got removed for inactivity disagree with this, They would already message the admins but
If the former mapcrew members didn't then they're pretty busy to even open transformice and review maps and so on. The best for the team is to give them free time away from taking care of the mapcrew duties.

I admit that I was inactive for a long time. So removing me from the team is reasonable.
I won't totally quit this game, so you can personally contact me if you have some trouble with mapeditor. (I don't know whether and when I answer :D)

Is there an archive of all the old vanilla maps (with pictures or @codes)? (The ones which were taken off vanilla rotation and haven't been returned since)

Sadly no. Map crew added a bunch of old vanilla map clones to P9 recently, and I put the whole thing together. To find pictures of all the old maps, I had to rely on screenshots that several different individuals took a long time ago. I'm not even sure we got them all.

You can check all vanilla maps here. Although I'm not sure if there's any old vanilla maps. :(
