mo = memory usage, higher is worse and can make your fps bad
m = download and it doesn't make a difference if its high or low

I don't think there is a time limit. If a player received the letter, it would vanish after it. As well as when a player leaves the game it vanishes.

Yes, the flash player is ending next year and only standalones for transformice will work. Maybe you can try these steps down below.

1. You can try downloading the outdated tfm apk (Android apps)
2. Or you can enable Linux subsystem on chrome and use unofficial standalone or Adobe standalone.

If that doesn't solve your issue then I have no idea.

If you own some of the items from the fashion squad outfit section. It won't be overpriced since you own few of them and you don't have to purchase them again which is why the price goes lower from the standard price.
