If you need a walkthrough/guide for purchasing Fraises, give this thread a try first. While we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% up to date for every country/region, it covers the basics.
What am I supposed to do if something goes wrong with my payment?
If you're having trouble with your payment or Fraises, please read all of this post and if it does not contain the answer or solution to your problem, post here. Be as descriptive and as accurate as possible, and we'll try to help you and find answers!
Make sure you keep the shop window open when you purchase Fraises! If you didn't, you shouldn't have been charged for the purchase, and you can try again.
I keep getting error #3!
It appears that some versions of Google Chrome update may cause the purchase to fail. Try using a different browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Enabling automatic updates (or manually updating it) on Google Chrome should also help.
I keep getting error #8!
Error #8 may show up for various reasons. This error message is triggered when there was an error processing your payment, or when your payment was cancelled. When you see this error, you should not be charged any money. Make sure to check if you entered SMS codes (if applicable) correctly; a common way to trigger this error is by making a typo!
I keep getting the following message: "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase."
This may occur when you are trying to make a purchase through Steam. It's a security measure intended to counter Fraises fraud through Steam. If you keep playing actively, you will be able to make a purchase through Steam. Keep in mind that only play time since June 7, 2016 is included, and only when using the Steam client. Play time from before that date does not count towards being able to make a purchase, just as play time using other accounts and/or clients is not counted. If you need Fraises right away, please log in through the official website or standalone and purchase them through Paypal or mobile payment instead.
I selected an amount of fraises to buy, but nothing pops up!
Make sure you don't have popups blocked in your browser, or allow popups from Transformice. You may also have to change your default browser.
I want to buy Fraises via mobile, but I don't see it in the shop!
We use HiPay (formerly AlloPass) to transfer mobile payments, but HiPay may not be available in your country. Check here to see if your country is covered (you need to scroll down for a list). If it's not, unfortunately there's no way for you to purchase Fraises via mobile right now.
It took my money but I didn't receive Fraises!
In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. We have a thread with tips for filling out the contact form here. It's strongly recommended to use these tips to streamline your correspondence and speed up the overall process of getting help.

ik that what it did for me but it didnt actually take out any money because it doesnt take out the money until you've confirmed your pay pal payment on transformice so try again.
I have 2 cellphones, a Portuguese one and a French one, and to buy Fraises it forces me to use my French cellphone, since I am living in France, but I want to use my Portuguese cellphone! When I go to that ZONG page I have to use a cellphone like this ex. 06 12 34 56 78! And my Portuguese cellphone is something like this ex.91 23 45 678! Don't know if i made myself clear.
If you use Zong to buy fraises then yes. You'll either be charged the amount of fraises you buy if you're on a plan or the amount will be deducted from your credit if you're on a pre-paid contract.
