/nosupport, sorry. As a mapmaker, I feel like this is too similar to high-resitution grounds. |

/no support As nice as it'd be to have a new ground, this wouldn't have much effect in non-shaman maps other than a gap. In shaman maps, it basically has the same purpose as the cloud ground. Dernière modification le 1500148740000 |

I think it's a great idea but it's not a necessity. All this ground does is kill instantly. Lava does the same thing but repels you instead of killing you. Lava gives more chance to survive depending on it's functionality (lets you jump to escape death). If added to the game, the cactus ground would only add more ways we get killed by grounds. The lava functionality to kill immediately would be less popular since the cactus ground is more effective (depending on the purpose of the map through its design and choice of grounds and functionality). /support |

/support Yeah, it'd be the same as a gap, but its also nicer to look at than one. Its a good graphic. There's grounds that have the same effect as eachother in game, so why not? (ex: grass and wood) It doesn't need to have a completely different effect to be used. Dernière modification le 1501613340000 |

/support It'll add more variety for pretty much every map category. I don't feel it's similar to high res lava or a gap at all, and even if it was, good mapmakers have shown over time that they're able to come up with clever ways of using even the smallest of tricks/bugs to come up with new and unique gameplays for maps. Just take a look at how many maps have used defilante map properties such as the springs, death tokens, and speed boosts in a great way despite them doing essentially the same thing as a trampoline ground, high res lava ground, and booster grounds, to an extent.
