Nothing lasts forever. It'll eventually shut down. Probably not for awhile, and I can't predict when, but chances are that it will eventually shut down.

Yes, everything begins to depreciate in value at some point until the owners decide the profits to cost becomes minimal or they begin to lose money. Just like major store chains, Kmart and Sears are closing down stores super fast, stores like Circuit City, Linen n Things, Sporting Authority all went out of business, and those are billion dollar corporations.
