I can't change my profile pic (avatar) since this weekend. It's 100x100 pixels, ,png.

I asked on Discord and people said it's bugged since Friday or so. Is it true? I cleared my cache just in case but nothing worked. I reduced the size of the image, I converted it to jpg, again nothing. Any information about this problem is welcome, thanks.

It's been bugged, yes. The admins are aware of it and it will most likely be fixed within the next few days.

Is there an estimated time when it will be fixed? Just asking.

i am legally not allowed to have an avatar or i will get pfpbanned again because it just reverts back to my old (banned) one

it almost as rather feels like instead of fixing it in couple days they meant couple of weeks. honestly cant believe its taking them so long to get this sorted out, unless TFMA is behind this by still keeping them on a busy schedule, which might explain it

Less admins means less manpower to deal with relatively unimportant bugs. This shouldn't be a surprise.

i dont see how its unimportant. it affects both forums and ingame pics which id say is pretty big enough of a deal

The admins take their weekend break from stuff like all of us, and as this has happened over the weekend, nobody will be at the office. There is no reason to panic, I'm sure they will look into it as soon as possible when they get in today.

sure but you'd expect a bug that affected quite literally everyone to have been fixed immediately, this wasn't just a thing that happened over the weekend and you'd know that if you just read any of the posts in this thread

It is not a bug that can be fixed immediately, there's an underlying issue with forum avatars that is difficult to fix. Not every bug can be patched as quickly as Admins would like to. Some bugs simply take longer than others to fix. Admins have already expressed their difficulty with trying to fix this issue and are very aware of how frustrated players are.

where have they talked about it? haven't seen them say anything about it and don't tell me it was in their discord server, nobody should have to use that to be able to get information from admins on something like this

im fairly certain at this point they would let us all know when this issue would be resolved so that this problem is finally out of the way, as of now on how it stands, no, the issue is still to be fixed.
