ability to control who can read and/or comment on your topic, and being able to edit and/or delete your messages on any topic.

I think that this is too much control over something that can be considered as public space for all to use. You wouldn't be able to prevent someone from walking into a local park outside because you do not have the authority to prevent someone from using public grounds. I've already made my case on deleting and editing comments and topics in the past so I won't repeat them in-depth but I think that those features would easily be exploitable and provide more cons than pros.

You can already do all of these things in your (public) tribe forum.

No control, it should not be your choice, who will be reading your topic.
Editing and deleting is not necessary, because you can correct your mistake in a next post, without removing the last one.
However, ignore option working on cafe would be really nice, as shown in another topic.

Anythin a dit :

I meant on the cafe ingame, not the forums..

I find editing easier because once you comment, you can’t comment on the topic again until five minutes pass, which is annoying.

There could be logs that the mods could read to see if people deleted and/or edited their comment after they do something bad

/No Support for the "ability to control who can read and/or comment on your topic". If you want only certain people to talk in chat, then use the command /chat (name of the chat) then whisper to whoever you'd like to talk to, I guess. And stated before, you can do that but on the forums.

/Half Support for "being able to edit and/or delete your messages on any topic" though.
