Ok text block bad We need a universal download of TFM for non-Windows folks because of recent laptop updates and Flash shutting down soon. The only options I can think of are -Linux download -64-bit -ChromeOS. Dernière modification le 1577921460000 |

As far as I know, the standalone is also compatible with Mac. As for Linux, someone already made a launcher and Transformice runs fine using Proton on Steam. Also, Adobe Flash projector works perfectly fine and is perhaps the most lightweight option for all platforms. But anyway, I'm sure Transformice wouldn't be affected by losing Linux players, since they're very few. And Linux gamers are already used to going through lots of hassle to get their games working, so it's nothing new to them. Dernière modification le 1577821800000 |

As mentioned above, a Flash Projector / standalone Flashplayer still works. I can simply open the Transformice loader from either one of these URLs in that player: http://transformice.com/ChargeurTransformice.swf http://www.transformice.com/TransformiceChargeur.swf These are two different ones. The "ChargeurTransformice" one - which seems to be from 2011, according to the file modification date - even works when I download it and open it from the local filesystem, although in that case the Flashplayer may need to be configured to accept it as "trusted" location to allow it to contact its server (haven't checked - I have my entire filesystem set as trusted anyway because I've stored a lot of Flash games locally). As long as Atelier801 keeps those files operable, you should be able to play the game. You can download a standalone Flashplayer ("Flash Player Projector") here (only 64bit for Linux, scroll down a bit): https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html Flashplayer archives including 32bit versions: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html (The last 32bit Linux version seems to be 11.2.202.616.) |

Etherealism a dit : Those links only work in Flash projector. By the sound of it, you loaded the link in a browser, which wouldn't load in that case, unless you still have Flash enabled as a plugin. In Flash projector, all you have to do is to type the URL into the address bar, then press on Enter. ![]() |

As of the Mojave update on macOS, Apple users like myself haven’t been able to use the Steam standalone since Apple dropped support for 32-bit software. It is not only Chromebook users who are suffering from this issue, it is also us, and I don’t think the few people left at Atelier801 would ever put in the effort or take the time to make a ChromeOS or a 64bit Mac version of the standalone for those who don’t have a Windows computer. |

Bisharch a dit : Maybe you could try the Flash Projector that I mentioned in my previous post. There is a Mac version as well, which seems to be 64bit. I don't have and never had a Mac system (I'm on Linux) so I don't know if/how it works, but I've opened one of these packages with 7-zip and the program file inside is apparently a "Mach-O 64-bit x86_64 executable". |

I definitely /support this suggestion because I currently use a chromebook to play TFM (and have since I made my first account in 2013). I'm sad to see flash go because at the moment I don't have the funds to buy a new laptop that can download TFM. So sadly I won't be able to play for a while. So I really think they should work on a universal download so all users will still be able to play! |

Adaxas a dit : This may not actually work. The flash projector requires the swf file from the browser version, however atelier801 will have no reason to continue to update that particular version when flash stops being supported by browsers. The flash projector will not be receiving updates as well, nor will it be available for download in the future: https://community.adobe.com/t5/flash-player/is-there-a-replacement-player-for-the-flash-player/td-p/10040120 ![]() Dernière modification le 1579104120000 |
