Checkpoint 8 is irritating and inconsistent. Chocojell#0000 - @7777975 - Checkpoints 1 and 2 are boring. Decrease the height of the water as the top half isn’t being used. Checkpoint 3 can be done even without hitting the corner of the ice so these ice are useless (https://prnt.sc/ufpa8n). Completing Checkpoint 6 is awkward/slightly inconsistent- slightly increase the restitution of the trampoline. Elmattjuan#0000 - @7701203 - The lava at Checkpoint 2 is too strong- reduce it slightly so players can complete with lag. Using this lava at Checkpoint 4 gives better momentum than corner-jumping (https://prnt.sc/ucpkpf). Checkpoint 4 is confusing. The cheese at Checkpoint 5 is unnecessary as the obstacle can still be completed with it. - @7645664 - Put a cloud here at Checkpoint 4 (https://prnt.sc/ucpxyn). Shorten this platform as players always hit it, preventing them from properly sliding on the ramp (https://prnt.sc/ufpmrg). Checkpoint 7 is slightly inconsistent and can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/ufpnc7). Reses#2305 - @7746002 - Checkpoint 1 is tedious- reduce the width of the web (https://prnt.sc/ufpug9). Increase the restitution of the lava at Checkpoint 5. Checkpoints 6 and 8 are difficult. Checkpoint 7 is still inconsistent- increase the length of this platform (https://prnt.sc/ufpqnr). Reposition the arrow at Checkpoint 7 better. Reduce the amount of unnecessary decorations as the ground is already laggy. - @7761151 - Checkpoint 6 is inconsistent. Checkpoint 7 is too hard, increase strength of this trampoline (https://prnt.sc/ufpzsr). Sazd#0148 - @7756239 - Checkpoint 4 can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/u9mne1). The obstacles are generic and don’t offer any unique gameplay, mainly consisting of corner-jumps. Try to utilize new ideas rather than simply relying on corner-jumps to get through the map. Widabapo#0511 - @7445767 - Checkpoint 5 is annoying. Checkpoint 9 is simply wall-jumping to the chair, so the checkpoint is unnecessary. The last Checkpoint is tedious. Otherwise, the rest of the map is cool. - @7442694 - Checkpoint 2 is annoying. Change this to trampoline (https://prnt.sc/ucqcek). Checkpoint 6 is boring. Overall, the map is quite repetitive as it mainly revolves around wall-jumping, consider changing up some of these obstacles. Rejected(13) Asdfghkevcin#0000 - @7776912 - Checkpoint 2 is confusing, add a cloud at the corner-jump. Checkpoint 3 is confusing and poorly constructed. The lava at Checkpoints 3 and 4 results in the obstacles being very luck-based and inconsistent (https://prnt.sc/ubstn0). The lava at Checkpoint 5 is too strong. Checkpoint 7 can be done by hitting the lava (https://prnt.sc/ubsu8h). Checkpoint 8 has the tip of the trampoline sticking out, which results in the first trampoline being unnecessary. Checkpoint 9 can be done like this: (https://streamable.com/ioavje and https://streamable.com/sa9su4). Don’t place a checkpoint on the chair. Overall, a majority of the map (Checkpoints 1-4, 6, and 8-10) are generic and easy and don’t offer any unique gameplay. Burak#5215 - @7768685 - Gripping the ice at the end of Checkpoint 1 is extremely precise. It’s very easy for the momentum to be disrupted by touching the wood- removing it would be better. Put a cloud here (https://prnt.sc/u91p8n). Checkpoints 2 and 3 are too difficult as the angle of the ice doesn’t give enough speed. Checkpoint 8 can be done with luck by bouncing on the lava several times (https://streamable.com/gb7quf). Checkpoint 11 is tedious. Lower the placement of the yellow nails and armchair. Remove the red nail on the armchair. Overall, the obstacles are generic and don’t offer any unique gameplay, mainly only consisting of basic obstacles like corner-jumps and sliding down ramps without any variation. Try to incorporate new ideas to make your map more fun and unique. - @7770485 - Checkpoint 1 is inconsistent as getting enough speed requires some luck. Checkpoints 2, 4, and 5 are generic. Checkpoint 5 is unnecessary as it’s pointless to avoid the cheese if players can simply mort before floating up in the water. Replace the ice square with wood at Checkpoint 6 so there is less speed. Checkpoint 9 is luck-based and the trampoline is too strong. Fix the aesthetics here (https://prnt.sc/u924q4). Lower the placement of all of the checkpoints (10 pixels above ground is enough) as well as the mice spawn (http://prntscr.com/ue6bv4). - @7771982 - Checkpoints 1-3 are repetitive as they’re all overhang-related obstacles. Checkpoint 4 is difficult as the lava has too much restitution, make this part chocolate instead (https://prnt.sc/u981f6). The cloud at Checkpoint 8 is misleading because you need to hit here instead (https://prnt.sc/u9830o). Checkpoint 9 is confusing and unnecessary. Don’t place grounds in the foreground unnecessarily (https://prnt.sc/u982gc). Lower the placement of all of the checkpoints (10 pixels above ground is enough). Overall, the obstacles are easy and generic and don’t offer any unique gameplay. Try to incorporate new ideas to make your map more fun and unique. Commandantso#0000 - @7733124 - Add an arrow at Checkpoint 2 pointing upwards here (https://prnt.sc/ufp22n). The first and third webs at Checkpoint 2 are unnecessary. Consider moving the wood platform further to the left at Checkpoint 4/5 since you don’t need to do the turn-around and this can increase the difficulty of the obstacle (http://prntscr.com/ue72ju). Checkpoint 5 can be done even with the cheese. Checkpoint 6 can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/ubtali). Either add a platform/checkpoint here (https://prnt.sc/ufp43w) or replace the trampoline with wood/chocolate. It’s extremely tedious to have to constantly wall-jump trampoline after failing. Make the web the same height as the ice at Checkpoint 7 so it won’t be too difficult for players with low IPS (https://prnt.sc/ufp5hs). Make Checkpoint 9 easier by extending the wood by 10-20 pixels, or making the trampoline weaker as it’s tedious with the roof. Remove collision with objects on the treadmills as it causes obstacles to break. Use different colors for the sticky grounds and treadmills so that it’s less confusing. Overall, the map doesn’t require much skill as a majority of the map is reliant on mechanisms. Lil_crazy#8420 - @7779531 - Checkpoint 4 can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/ufoy32). Checkpoint 7 is confusing. The trampoline at Checkpoint 10 is useless because you can run up the corner for momentum (https://prnt.sc/ufp0av). Checkpoint 11 is tedious. Some of the obstacles feel too easy, make it slightly harder. Put a ground under the armchair. The obstacles are generic and don’t offer any unique gameplay. Try to incorporate new ideas to make your map more enjoyable. Minniek#2448 - @7778517 - Checkpoint 1 is inconsistent and can be avoided by hitting the corner of the trampoline. Checkpoints 2 and 5 are repetitive, tedious and boring. The lava at Checkpoint 4 is useless as you can just bounce on it. Move the placement of the checkpoint so that it isn’t hidden by the info bar. Checkpoint 7 can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/ucpfhs). Don’t use the same colors for grounds with different restitutions (https://prnt.sc/ucpfr4). Replace this with chocolate (https://prnt.sc/ucpg3s). The obstacles are easy and generic and don’t offer any unique gameplay. Try to incorporate new ideas to make your map more fun and unique. Nickserg#0000 - @7780168 - Use yellow nails for checkpoints. Portwave#8221 - @7778257 - Players are constantly jump-locked with cheese at Checkpoint 4. Consider making it two wall-jump segments instead. Put a checkpoint here (https://prnt.sc/ucm2l5). Checkpoint 5 is tedious with dodue, especially the turn-arounds. Extend this ice so that players don’t fly to the left side after hitting the lava (https://prnt.sc/ucm2vl). Players can walk on the lava here (https://prnt.sc/ucm3e4). Checkpoint 9 requires players to go offscreen- avoid this. The last Checkpoint can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/ucm3or). The obstacles are easy and generic and don’t offer any unique gameplay. Try to incorporate new ideas to make your map more fun and unique as well as make better use of the space provided in the map. - @7778745 - Checkpoint 1 inconsistent/luck-based. Don’t use trampoline grounds for lava. This ice is useless and misleading (https://prnt.sc/ucpabk). Checkpoint 2 is difficult/impossible. The placement of Checkpoint 3 results in AFK players constantly dying, which results in lag. Checkpoint 3 too long and the cheese is useless because you can just skip over it. Checkpoints 4 and 5 are simple and repetitive. Checkpoint 6 can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/ucpat1). Checkpoint 7 too hard. Checkpoint 8 can be done like this (https://prnt.sc/ucpb1d). Checkpoint 9 like this (https://prnt.sc/ucpb8h). This part of the map is unnecessary (https://prnt.sc/ucp9lu). Dodue is unnecessary. Overall, the map is quite boring and generic. Try to incorporate new ideas to make your map more fun and unique as well as make better use of the space provided in the map. Reses#2305 - @7774320 - Checkpoints 1, 6, and 7 are confusing and difficult. Checkpoint 3 is frustrating to do. Checkpoint 4 is tedious as it’s basically just running towards the right. The end of Checkpoint 8 is too precise. Overall, the map is extremely confusing and is too reliant on mechanisms, which isn’t friendly for the overall parkour player-base. Sazd#0148 - @7685891 - The ice at Checkpoint 5 is misleading and unnecessary (https://prnt.sc/u9mg12). Checkpoint 6 can be done in multiple ways (https://imgur.com/wKxwZHL, https://imgur.com/cqBrHRO, https://imgur.com/3K8qluu, https://imgur.com/8IFG2hf). Overall, the map is extremely easy and plays like a racing map. Try to incorporate more unique and difficult obstacles to make the overall gameplay of the map more enjoyable. Additionally, that isn't the only reason why the map wasn't accepted back in the July Pt. 1 Review. a dit : We gave you suggestions and feedback on how to improve your map and you've never tried to edit it and resubmit it and now instead are claiming that we are being unfair when the map you are citing is a map that was approved by the previous team of Mappers- and is not new at all. If you want additional feedback before submitting your map to be evaluated, you're always free to type !staff in a #parkour room to see any of the online Mappers at that time and they will definitely be open to helping you. Thefourthone a dit : In this map: @7701203 // I think Cp 2 is great, you just need to turn a little and you can play normally like this, in Cp 4 do a corner jump is not hard xd and do that other way is more difficult than cj. If you have gone from left to right, I don't see how confusing it is to follow the path to the right. In Cp 5 maybe it is obvious that you can pass that segment of the map without cheese or with cheese, I only put it for decoration and so that the map does not look empty.
