What will happen to Transformice for Mac?

Adobe is going to kill Flash Player soon - and now that Mac does not support 32-bit applications (and Transformice for Mac is a 32-bit application), will there be any way of playing Transformice for Mac?

Are you able to download Steam on Mac? Transformice is basically free when you download Steam and install the game on there.

i believe the admins are trying to get a 64 bit version on steam soon

For MacOs users:

http://staff.atelier801.com/dl/Transformice.app.zip

Installation steps:

1. Unzip downloaded file
2. Install adobe air if you don't have it already, get it from here: https://get.adobe.com/air
3. Open terminal and run this command:
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Library/Frameworks/Adobe\ AIR.framework
or allow it in your Security settings after attempting to open the app

This comes from tfm staff members, I tried it and it works fine!

I really hope it will work for you too!

Btw Meli said they're almost done with the 64 bits mac version

Can confirm this works well, also a note for users of the 2011 MacBook Pro (15" and 17") with the fatal design flaw of the discrete GPU from AMD, this standalone uses the integrated GPU instead of the discrete GPU. The Steam standalone uses the discrete GPU.

Yes, I have Steam and I have downloaded Transformice that way, but because it's a 32-bit app, it won't open.

In the not too distant future, I would like to see the proper 64-bit version released though.

...as also that its now available for Mac users without any hassles to go through
