I got a new gaming laptop recently because I wanted to download steam and play games, and also to play tfm after the flash goes away soon. When I started the Tfm Steam app, the background started spasming and having seizures. The pixels were turning black and grey and just flickering back and forth. It will not stop. I've restarted my laptop at least 10 times, I've looked at graphics, and my system control and everything, and I have no idea what to do to fix it. Please help!!!

BACKGROUND: A Windows computer with switching graphics (integrated GPU that is part of the CPU, and a discrete GPU) is using the integrated GPU which causes graphical glitches.

SOLUTION: To force Windows 10 to use the better GPU, follow the NVIDIA article below (also applies to AMD graphics users).
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5035
^ follow the steps starting from "To force Windows to use a GPU for a particular app using the Windows display settings, follow the steps below:"

For the step saying "Browse", the directory should be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Transformice

This has been adapted from the outdated advice given by the person in the Discord screenshot below. Windows 8 users may be able to follow this still.
