i paint football shirt gray, but when i log in and exit the game, it turns to default color. What is solution to this?

Have you clicked Submit when customizing your clothing items? It's also possible that you didn't buy the Customization for it when initially customizing that shirt, so I don't think it's a bug.

i have 1k level, i know how to dye clothes, it only applies to football shirts, this does not change to default colors in other clothes

i used too much dye because of this incident and my kits are gone. sometimes when i enter the game i see it in gray sometimes default
