edit: im good at drawing if they need more artist, but not so much at making sprites

There are only 2 artist in the office, Meli and Mahar
Meli does the sprites while mahar does the concept art.

Animation idea and framing is not easy, even a 2-3 frame is not easy, especially for a small pizel area
As for The concept art, it can take up to 2-4 hours just by doing it (and i have a feeling mahar is only in charge of it)

You cannot just assume that they are always free with bouboum. Transformice, Celusco and Fotreresse is also something they have to work on. In fact your statement was quite rude :c.
