@Galactichowl - You need to play the game for at least two hours to be able to post on the Café. I'm not sure if there are their requirements.
@Bloo122 - I found this guide that might help you. Otherwise, it's just experience.

nobody really plays bouboom anymore so consequentially there's no mods online for the game
