This is incredible, both the Desert Eagle and the .357. Now the Desert Eagle sound like *TFFFRAA* too bad :( And the .357 *TUHFff...* :( Just hard to find a good thing for there new sounds... EDIT : with a high firerate you have an insane sound, exactly the GTA III's M16. I think the changes needed to make Fortoresse a more interesting game would be: 1) Introduction of new special weapons, in accordance with each skill. Each weapon would cost around 1000 potatoes. Incidentally, would include: -category Strength: FNFAL. Range: high; System: 4 cartridges with 20 bullets each; Damage: 5 damage each bullet. Advantage: the player starts with 45 health; Disadvantage: reduces the player's speed by 10%. -category Agility: RMB-93. Reach: low; System: 4 cartridges with six bullets each; Damage: 4 bullets are shot by shot, as SPAS, with 6 damage each bullet. Advantage: player runs 10% faster; -category Sniper: Hecate II. Reach: maximum; System: 4 cartridges with seven bullets each; Damage: 23 damage each bullet; Advantage: the player's field of view increases when the weapon is used. 2) Creation of a third game mode. By the way, my suggestion would be: -Adventure Mode: Players can not break map elements with gunfire and can not build anything. The objectives are the same as the Domination mode. I'd just like to post here and make people actually think about some of their suggestions before posting them as some of them are ridiculous or cliche or just wont work. I want people to think more about it and make smarter suggestions.. Siuker a dit : 1) Is a very important suggestion. However, simply reducing the recover rate will not get rid of dirty tactics such as glitching and spawn blocking. This solution DOES need to be implemented; however additional solutions must be sought after. 2) There is no timed feature like that possible in any of the games. However, it is a good suggestion if the VIP were to have very little health i.e. a stealth mission, otherwise it's a pointless addition. Cheddarfist a dit : Have you played the pyro in team fortress 2? The flamethrower is broken at close range and against large groups especially since most characters cannot run away from it. It is made for close range battle. Consider the spas now and how people can randomly hit you because they lag. Getting set on fire by seemingly nowhere and taking constant damage unfairly would be extremely annoying given the conj's properties right now. The flamethrower as you vision it would be the ideal hit and run weapon for laggy players. Cheddarfist a dit : Less broken than mines and bombs in the flag. It should not stack up. If you're talking about people using these things to attack huge groups of enemies then it might be a little broken if you can just run in with a shelter and put it into a large group and run away unharmed. Something may need to be done about how much mobility conjuration gives players before this can be considered. matheusnimer a dit : Your FNFAL appears fair and balanced. I like the idea of some weapons having special properties such as lower or higher speeds and HP (but not too much) and also having some pushback force from recoil. Your RMB-93 is ridiculously broken. If a weapon like that can deal more than half HP with one shot then we already have a problem. Plus, giving additional speed for something like that? Same reason with the Hecate. Giving the field an additional view would just make it even worse. It has to deal less than 20 damage. The mode where some blocks cannot be broken is a good idea and would be added if the devs had time to dedicate to this game. There should also be some solo modes and other modes that encourage/force you to use other guns than the ones you have equipped, e.g. Hunger Games, where you run in pick up a weapon and that's the only thing you're allowed to survive with. Headsharks a dit : 1) You mean having a rare chance and for about half a minute or a less where killing a specific player would yield more potatoes? Lol that would -induce mass bounties and would probably make the player quit the room until they are no longer a target. 2) Fortoresse will soon be ranked by rounds won. Giving players more freedom to change their teams would be a problem. The current system is enough, but it is still a bit unfair as it stands. 3) Weapons that have physical properties would be nice. A grenade that actually comes into contact with the environment would be very nice, so long as it has a consistent timer and cannot go through conjuration. Knives are nice because they are not spammable like some other things, and are hard to use anyway. 5) Already in progress. 6) Customisability is one of the major issues of this game. Being able to customise the face seeing that there are eyepatches, skin colors and beards as well as adding something like a tattoo or scar would make it very interesting and diverse. 7) How is killing the zombie team any different from domination? 8) Obvious suggestion. Doesn't really need to be said again 9) Zombie clothes? Some of the clothes might look good on the regular characters but we'll never know till they release the zombies 10) What kind of perks? ===================== Given all that, fortoresse needs more: - Playability: The game just simply ends after the shop is cleared out. There's nothing more to do in this game and there's no sense of progress at all like in tfm with its levels system and titles and badges. Fortoresse might benefit from flashy badges instead of titles. For example one line on the badges could be army ranks which are awarded based on rounds won or kills made. - Customisability: I already talked about this. - Competitiveness: People are already trying to make the game competitive with their 1v1s but the weapons are terribly out of balance and they only depend on lag. Having a solo mode with a highscore to display on your profile might add a nice element of competitiveness and skill level. Having ranks as well might encourage more people to meet each other I think the only way to deal with the problem of conj is to restrict its use completely and give it a very slow recovery rate. It should have a cap so that people will be more sparing with it rather than spam it everywhere. Now to recover the conj you either need to use a perk or die. However this will benefit suicide bombers, so we probably need to make it so that the shelter perk comes at the cost of draining your conjuration bar completely, or simply making it impossible for you to use conj at all. That way someone can also equip the conj perk with the shelter and since there are only two slots for perks they can no longer bomb Seeing as this would indirectly screw players who need to use conjuration to travel it needs to be made easier to get around the map The only other solution is to give conjuration a timer so that it vanishes after a certain amount of time However this would not solve spawn blocking or suicide bombers or glitchers at all. Not the conj :( Conj is the only reason I play, don't nerf it too much. If I only had enough conj to do normal defense, I'd become extremely bored with this game very quickly. And I do hope they release leaderboards sooner than later (it's been foreverrrrr), it might actually get more people playing instead of uping their kill count mindlessly. |

I agree conj should have a timer to disappear,someone said a term decay. I also agree conj making this game special,otherwise this is a normal gun game.Image the n00bs fighting on ground,that's what we do when we don't have conj. Here is my analysis about conj. Our goal is to stop glitching and abuse of conj,as it makes many weapon weak and blocking players listing out few of the solutions below 1.Slower regeneration of conj Cannot solve the problems,but relieving it. 2.decay That's the one I support.Then the recover speed can remain unchanged.You can conj to anywhere you want. In my mind,I would suggest 3 seconds.not joking.But I think most of the players would accept 5 or 10 seconds. If it's 3-5 seconds,then all weapons including secdondary's with low fire rate shows its value. 3.other than conj improving weapons,like a weapon that can pierce conj/block 2 times. or all weapons digs huger than before,so conj becomes less useful To forbid glitch,I think Tig can make some settings. There should have a thing call collision box which react with blocks and conj.In the middle of the body,make it always vanish one dot of that position.So no matter how you conj yourself,there's always have a space for you,you won't be glitched.As the space of that dot contain you before you ran out. Not sure if it works,may be. |

On Forteresse, in-game team chat appear in white, not very used or normal rooms but useful between all this red, as you can see on the picture. Don't mind that thing I added with Paint... |
