About nerf to spas,what if, Every shot from spas has 4 bullets,and able to damage one target with all bullets. After changes,the 4 bullets in one shot,only 3 bullets can hit same target,the 1 left will just pass through.So the DPS to single target decrease.But dealing with two targets,it remains the same. |

Siuker a dit : I don't understand how it would be so much of a nerf when it still gives it the same habit of spamming your shots. "Oh i can't hit all 4 shots? Spam more!" I would however suggest either a 1. ammo reduction 2. Slower fire rate and reload 3. 3 bullets per shot 4. or lower damage. We could choose either one of those but i believe that 1 and 2 would prevent any noob spamming style where as 3 and 4 would only reduce the killing potential. To make things clear, killing potential is how much potential the gun has to get 40+ damage. This does not include that factor of killing an active player since killing potential does not include factors of conj perks and movement. It is more of the time it takes to kill. i would like to mention that when nerfs 1-4 are combined it makes it worse than the old spas. Clip size back to 4 shots is just fine, don't lose his killing power but lose the ability to double kill full HP players. Make the reload slower but not the firerate (still a semi-auto shotgun) , I see the SPAS trying to unload 2/3 shots while you are already escaping. The UMP 45 can easily destroy the SPAS and a slow reload give a better opportunity. |

+supergrunt a dit : I can agree with parts to this. The idea that spas would have slower reload would give ump the +50% chance it could get to win t he battle. As of right now spas still has the advantage and is a very biased map weapon right under the sniper. If i were to make the choice i would choose clip size and reload nerf to prevent any spamming as if they were new to the game. In fact spamming spas alone is still pretty powerful. Better than most automatic guns at least. |

Bigger and stronger blocks, with a slow placement rate. I think this will prevent people of using "block fly", making the game less annoying, and it will make possible to build more efficient fortresses. Here are the main changes I believe should be implemented to greatly increase the quality of the game: 1) Balance all the weapons/make a suitable balancing change to the game's core mechanics so none is too broken 2) Fix the server bugs on weapon fire rates by raising the limit the server uses to check fire rates (even if hacked, doesn't make much of a difference; we just want the bugs gone) 3) Multicolored (customizable) conj so people can see on dark maps e.g. setting enemy conj to pink 4) More character customization e.g. better selection of hairs, skins and customizable facial features (some players don't like the beard on the Daryl skin or the eyepatch/nose on that other walking dead skin) 5) Fix weakly designed perks e.g. rage, defense and medic, nerf the shelter 6) A feature that encourages a permanent sense of progress e.g. levels, titles, badges, highscores, DAILY REWARDS (still waiting...) 7) Something to lighten the mood in game e.g. actions; the mood is too serious 8) A ranking system that is not based on kill count or win count (would be too devastating on the already toxic community) 9) Weapons with innovative and new mechanics e.g. chargeup time, damage over time or knockback from recoil, melee/bayonet attacks, weapons that are more powerful but don't damage conj etc. Pretty much the best suggestions here revolve around one of these bigger changes. solfn a dit : I believe that this list speaks for all. My opinion on each of the suggestions; 1. One of the most important fixes in the game to prevent this community from staying toxic. 2. This bug prevents people like me from having fun using different guns. Right now i am stuck with Steyer aug and sniper, However uzi and steyer is my best combo but since my uzi does half its damage and cuts through half its CONJ. 3. Would be one of my favorite updates to color conj. 4. Wouldn't be a bad idea, only good. 5. Although medic perk is used a lot by strategists, it is still weak when up against OP weapons which will still do dangerous damage when nerfed. I would also like to add that Bombs should be fixed, the sensitivity for its explosion is too much. You don't even touch it yet it explodes. So its either we make it less sensitive or we have to nerf bombs because they are overly used. 6. Was all for this one, my favorite updates suggestion. However I believe that Daily rewards can be earned by completing missions which the rewards should be; More access to colored conj, so we need to limit what colors we can have. Also experience for levels and potatoes would not be a bad idea, but that being said we need more things to spend potatoes on since fort is a game that earns faster potatoes than any other game. 7. Maybe more in games messages, warnings, unique sounds, and more color. 8.I believe that we can put this based on performance like using Daily missions or other things to test efficiency of a player. 9..Lets just hope their not too complicated. I made a joke weapon to see how some of our suggestions would play in game. It's the best I can do with the available resources. [VIDEO REMOVED.] E: So I figured out how to get rid of the dumb bombers who run into flag with shelter just to plant a bomb and immediately run out. Introduce an activation cooldown on bombs, forcing players to stand still for a moment while planting them. Thus, bombs can only be placed on grounds (it can be suspended in midair by putting it on conj and destroying the conj), and players will have to remain in the flag longer to be able to use this strategy. This is how the metal assault mines work. The character is stuck in place for a long time. The only bombs that should be allowed instant deployment are grenades.
