That's not possible ^^' if you were banned it says something like, "You have been banned for # hours. Reason: [reason here]". If you are unclear as to why you were banned, you can contact a moderator and they can explain for you.

It depends on the severity of the sanction and how long ago it was. Usually it's decided on a case-by-case basis.

I am from br server but i applied myself to EN team and i haven't seen this topic about ''how to apply'', so i guess my curriculum is not as you guys sugere in this topic. In this case, is my application going to be reject by you because of that? PS: I did everything in the cult norm of english vocabullary but i did not wrote as much as i could about me.

Nope sending another one will count as spam and it will show them that you are careless to review your own app and make sure everything is in it is place.

Some points aren't severe in this thread others are and depending on your English vocabulary I can tell by now that you will be rejected for using google translate to translate your app.
If you are interested in English app, learn English otherwise feel free to apply to BR apps.
