Aslyum means you're seeking protection from a country
A good example is Edward Snowden who was in Russia at one point (no idea where he is now) but he's the one who released the NSA spying thing. He's seeking protection from another country because he would be charged here in US for "treason"

On CNN they had an article earlier where they said some familes are able to call people on the airplane, but of course they aren't answering. The families want the police to trace them.

U.S. is just angry with him because someone revealed the secrets the government and other political powers have been hiding. "Freedom of Speech"....doesn't sound so democratic anymore right >.>

Anywho I have not been informed about the Malaysian Airplane until now, thank you for the info!

The first piece of Air France was found 5 days later, it's been 4 days now so far.

im not sure why you are all infering they are okay.

if you actually read the article it says it turned back and flew over the Malyasian Penninsula. nothing about the survivors being okay. the plane has still not been foud. they are just following a new lead.
