It actually does and it's even declared as "official language" according to Article 13 line 1 of the Moldovan Constitution:

But the story behind the term is more complicated than it seems. In 2013, the Moldovan Constitutional Court ruled that the value of the term in the Constitution is inferior to Moldova's Declaration of Independence, where the official language is indeed declared to be Romanian:

So I would say they're just different names for the same language, which brings us to the actual problem of language integrity.
I also don't see the point of the Cyrillic nor why it should be kept separate from RO. For countries that share the same language or have multiple official languages, I think this won't be very efficient.

I HATED this update!! seems like that admins don't even care about modules!! how the hell can i know which server ppl are once there are 90 servers??? prophunt says there are 20 mice but when i get in there's nobody!! i've played powerup with my friends almost everyday for 6 months and everything is gone because of this DOWNGRADE!! plus, international modules (those ones who start with *) are disabled!! When a big update is coming, admins gotta post something about that, but it didnt happen!! why??

Thanks for breaking the game's biggest modules, mycity and parkour, its creators say the damage is almost irreversible. Much of the time spent playing these modules has been wasted. I bitterly regret the little money I invested in this company. Incompetent
