vue qu'il n'y a plus de compétence, pourquoi ne pas crée un salon vanilla rétro (sans compétence) et un vanilla "normale" avec compétence ?

taking off the Shaman skills in vanilla rooms was a really bad idea... out of that, the event looks gorgeous like always.

I Think there should be a different mode of vanilla where there is no skill and regular vanilla mode like where there is skills and normal thing like be4! As a padder i think that its great without skills because of course they cant revive me! But for most it can be annoyin without skills and there seems to be a lot of people who dislike not being able to have skills in vanilla i think after the event you should do a survey or poll for everyone whether or not they want skills or not to be included in vanilla

like i said early codexity, that my idea but in french lol

of course it is hard
if game isn't challenging enough, it's not fun
that's why some people (including me) didn't like the idea of skills from the start
transformice is fairly easy game by itself, adding skills just made it too easy
you can beat most maps on vanilla by just using some springs
it defeats the main purpose why does a role like shaman even exists
there's no longer need for creativity, so it gets boring pretty quickly

I have been playing trasformice off and on since july of 2010. I remember when the player base said balloons would "make the game too easy". What did I do with them? I developed a reciprocating ramp that used 5 balloons a long plank and a short plank with a red anchor to get the cheese on map 0.

What keeps me coming back is the freedom to create interesting solutions to fairly simple maps. Vanilla rooms make those simple maps much more likely to come up. Combined with the variety skills give you and I have made a small name for myself for interesting solutions in E2 vanilla rooms.

While I can understand the dev teams desire to keep transformice fresh this particular change will probably have me sitting the sidelines this season.

Once you learn that putting a red anchor too close to solid ground can cause your build to go bananas there is nothing hard about being shaman. Transformice has always been that way.

If you want to bring creativity to being shaman keep vanilla and get rid of conjure maps and give shamans room to build (many of the original maps come to mind) something player maps often do not have.

Vanilla rooms are now really hard because all my skills are gone :(

We regularly receive some complaints about the Shaman skills, and we wanted to take this occasion to see if you’d appreciate a mode without them. This is why during the holidays, the Shaman skills will be deactivated in the Vanilla mode.
