If you want to go back to what Transformice used to be, cutting back on the events will be a very good idea. Events didn't use to last 2 months, nor did they appear as abundant as they do today. They're not even special anymore since events are now a year-round thing. What made events special is that they only lasted for a short time, and were implemented to celebrate a special time of the year (Christmas, Valentines Day, etc.). Events now are just a drag and an annoyance, because people either don't care about them, it takes too long to complete or they already completed it.

Another great suggestion I'd like to give: make use of your volunteer staff more. They're here to help you, and they're more than happy to help you. If only you would allow them to do so. All the restrictions that have been put in place since the decision to introduce CCMs have made it very difficult for both players and staff to get things done in a timely manner. We still see the consequences of this decision today, and it undeniably has been one of the many reasons people are getting fed up with this game. Allowing your volunteers to help out in more area's than just moderation can and will make a very big difference.

Lastly, I would like to suggest something that is very unlikely and unrealistic after 8 years of development, and perhaps also a bit blunt (I'd like to call it out-of-the-box), but I'm going to suggest it anyways. Why not re-code a new Transformice from scratch (if necessary even in another language)? If you want to go back to basics, take the time to recreate the base game with clean code, and move on from there. Add the features that work, and leave out those features that failed. Maybe then you will be able to meet the expectations of your playerbase and everyone else who feels like Transformice is in desperate need of meaningful updates.

Primeiramente, um Feliz Aniversário ao Transformice que é um jogo que eu realmente amo, e que passei metade da minha adolescência jogando. Segundo eu não posso deixar de citar o quanto estou triste por essa nota da Atelier. Eu li e reli várias vezes esse texto, e tenho que dizer que estou realmente chorando com a possibilidade desse jogo acabar. É como se uma parte de mim estivesse me sendo tirada.

Eu nunca pensei que eu gostaria tanto de algo em minha vida. O Transformice foi algo que esteve sempre comigo, quando eu estava triste ou alegre ele sempre esteve la pra mim. E agora nesse momento dificil, acho que seja minha hora de estar aqui pra ele. Eu peço de coração atelier que vocês não acabem com o jogo. Se for necessário eu me candidato a membro da equipe e nem cobro. Porque só o privilégio de estar participando de uma coisa como o Transformice ja satisfaz qualquer pessoa.

Mas não digo só a mim, a todos os jogadores e aqueles que querem ser voluntarios do jogo, dê nos uma chance pra mostrar o quanto a gente é capaz de ajudar vocês. O TRANFORMICE hoje é uma comunidade enorme, talvez os players estejam baixando mas com o devido esforço de nossa parte tenho certeza que podemos aumentá-lo de novo. Se me perguntas-tes a quanto tempo jogo eu direis 7 anos faço parte de 7/8 da história desse jogo, e o que eu puder fazer para ajudá-lo eu farei, contem sempre comigo Tigrou e Mel. Amo vocês tanto quanto amo o jogo, vocês que fizeram possível eu estar jogando isso por tanto tempo. THANK YOU <3
