Melibellule a dit : You greatly underestimate the possible evolutions you can add to Transformice. To me, I think that it was indeed your main source of income, i.e. TFM, that needed to be your main focus, while working on projects next door without hurrying. But you have left too much aside the game, for the benefit of the others, and you have therefore left a large part of your community, which has gone away. By wanting to offer too much, you lost some of us at the end of the day. You should know how to be satisfied with what you have. |

I feel like you guys lack organization or a sense of direction. Your kickstarter wasn't properly planned out in terms of tiers, your projects weren't exactly successful and were kind of rushed/dropped too early, you guys started another project even after all those flops and then decided just now to put that on pause to fix TFM even though you should've given it that love and care sooner before it declined as far as this, etc. Also TFM can definitely be improved despite what you say about it being a simple game. It doesn't necessarily need to be gameplay wise (Though, I'd love to see non-recycled events, not too fond of seeing the same events every year but with a different map occasionally). You can go check out any bugs that may need attention or take suggestions from the community. You're kind of been sinking for a while and honestly I really wish you would've had been more involved with the community. There were tons of players who stuck around hoping you'd hear their suggestions and were more than willing to help out, even for free to help the game they love. If you want to fix your situation you need to accept all of that and acknowledge it, not make excuses. After that you'll need to really listen to your community who truly cares about this game and have been trying to communicate with you for years. I wish you the best of luck and I really do hope you turn this around. |

It's sad. But why are you manipulating the situation, though? It was the admin team that has been making the decisions from the time Transformice was born. It was always you, so please don't mention the situation like all the mistakes were made by people from another world. Also, even though the players did want to warn you about today was coming, you never cared. Take responsibility for your actions. Don't rush. Think carefuly, before making decisions and consider the +/-s. Because when you don't do it, you regret the decision and try to 'damage-control' over the things you've lost -which is mostly 500 players. Remember when you banned everyone for Steam Fraud and how desperately you wanted to take back your players. Stop putting money into anything, you need to use it more effectively. It looks like game itself is the only thing to kill in Dead Maze. Also, rule your staff. They seem to be making a lot mistakes. When they had got exposed by me, they deleted my thread and found a good excuse for it. (If you want a copy of that thread, don't hesitate to PM me by the way.) List the suggestions people made for TFM and the ones that could live. Consider how many people would like them to come true and update the games to give people what they want. Also Meli, you said you don't have time to create a brand-new event everytime. Well, I know there are a lot of players who are willing to do that for you. You can ask for it anytime. So, be an unbothered queen this time and do your thing, girl. Sign a contrat with an Anti-Hack company, or let Tig do his job to code a bot that would ban/mute hacks, flooders, and such. Hire a community manager. You break your own rules by not having someone to deal with the contact form -since we have the right to send a contact form to delete our personal information you might have collected. Make a team -which would infiltrate to the private server's staff (I can help with that). And then, they'll destroy those servers with every power they have in their hands. It's time to get your stolen players back. Also, things get old. Remember what happened to msn or Facebook? All died. So accept it, but don't distract yourself. Don't try to create a new game in every week or smth. The list goes on. Good luck. Dernière modification le 1560538320000 |

Super heartbreaking. As someone who had been on the team since nearly the beginning I know how much Meli and Tig care about their games and their community. Good luck Atelier 801, you can do this. <3 Dernière modification le 1560538500000 |

It isn’t surprising you guys are failing so hard right now after having invested in such stupid delusions like some mmorpg game you promised back in the day with the only thing about it known to public being its name and “a bientot” You also invested in a mobile game that no one plays anymore You wanted to get in the rhythm game industry which failed horribly as well You only needed an accountant and someone with knowledge and fiscal power, then you wouldn’t be suffering now. Also, all of the stuff Rreckyy listed above ought not go unnoticed. |

jesus christ, the replies on this thread are so damn ignorant. it's like everyone here's an absolute master and knows EXACTLY what has to be done in this situation. "listen to the community!" you say, but you forget the fact that a lot of these suggestions don't work together or even contradict one another. I do believe that they listen to us and they're gonna read every single comment here, but they're unable to please everyone or even do what is supposed to be "the right thing" because of various reasons. do you think they enjoy seeing the game losing players and money? I believe you don't, so can you guys please stop with this entitled attitude? at least give them suggestions in a nice and constructive way. as for what I think you should do, I've always felt like tfm had something special that made it stand out from other games. I think it's the community aspect, and the way it pushes people to interact with one another. I can't quite put my finger on what makes it that way, but I believe it's a combination of the gameplay (shaman has to help others get the cheese) and the other stuff that brings people together (having a goal: the items from shop and stats; map making etc). I believe if you can somehow remake these elements in a fresh way that builds on top of what you already learnt, you can make something that works. but I may also be completely wrong! I expected tfma to be a generic mmorpg and while it didn't reach the kickstarter goal, I do think it could've been a fine game with a bit of advertising. |

Things they have done so far have not proven to be successful, then why not listen to the others now? I know people who worked in TFMPS’s and they also know when they were in rise, (in terms of player count) TFM itself was and has still been in decline, which is actually something to laugh at considering TFM actually has, or rather had, a budget and actual people working in an office with an “official” staff. |

Soricfetita a dit : The whole point of a discussion is to have discourse to decide the best course of action. That can't happen when our developers stay silent and never speak on the forum and tell us what they're thinking. We've had so many terrible irreversible updates because they don't gauge community reaction before or after doing anything. Everyone hated the idea of name tags yet they still did it. The entire shaman community got absolutely fucked by the random addition of throwable consumables to the point where we have to hide in modules just to play the game. Duct tape literally makes divine into easy mode but it'll never be nerfed. Where the hell is tig or whoever actually works on this game anymore? All I ever saw was meli, pika, streaxx etc on the front line once in a while and honestly meli should not be the one in this thread taking the hit. We play the game; We know what the problems are, and what upcoming things we would like to see. If they don't talk to us those problems will never be fixed. It's that simple. |

@forche_shaman yeah, I do understand where you're coming from and I do agree that other admins should also speak with the community more. but! I also think that the game should not be shaped by the will of the players, as what may seem to suck at first can help the game in the long run (I'm referring to the name tags especially). as for the other gameplay- related problems, they seem to lack the time (or they simply choose not to invest it) to find and fix the problem. I think consulting the players here would be good, so maybe having a survey every other month or so would help? even so, they still need to find another reliable source of income other than tfm, so sacrificing some of this time to develop other games is needed. the issue's that they end up not doing well, and I would also put tfm aside while I fix this |
