Hello mice! After a year's break, I think we should get a fur party going again! As Transformice's 10th anniversary is near, what would be a better way to celebrate than getting your most dreamt fur creations in-game just in time for the piñata to be cracked open! That's right, this year everything is birthday themed as we reach the big 10! This means that it's up to you to create the perfect fur for their big anniversary! This year you are still allowed to design 2 different furs, but one must be related to Transformice's 10th birthday whereas the other design can be any design you want! This means you have the chance of winning twice! From 2018's contest, an enormous amount of furs were added to the shop, with furs such as the Axolotl, White Elegant and even the Pig making their debuts, and your creation could be the next! Again, I would like to thank Melibellule for the continued support she has given in the past Create a Fur competitions. She will be voting as well as awarding prizes to the winning creations. Mouse template In order to participate, you need to produce a mouse template. If you're unable to create one yourself, feel free to use the one in the spoiler; to save it right-click & save as / save. You can use a template that is made by you, but it will not give an advantage in the competition as you will mainly be judged by the overall design & idea, not the overall quality or different poses of your submission(s). Template  Designing the fur You can use any painting/art programs of your choice, if you would like to try out different ones, here are some examples of such; Photoshop CC, Paint tool SAI, FireAlpaca, Adobe Illustrator or even a paint program online like pixlr.com. If you're not an expert with digital drawing, you are welcome to use a piece of paper and do a fur design on there. Pro tip: You don't need lots of detail to win! Some detail is definitely needed, just the right amount! Try different styles of the fur and post the one you think will have a higher chance of winning, this competition lasts for a while, so you have plenty of time to do that! It would be nice if the submissions were in a PNG/transparent format, however, it's unnecessary. Posting the fur After you're done designing the fur, now it's time to post it! It doesn't take long. To post the fur, go to an image hosting website such as imgur.com & open your fur file. Then your file with a lot of URLs should show up and copy the one with [img][/img] and post it on this thread noting which entry is which. Voila! You have posted your fur entry! The competition ends on 5th April 23:59 GMT and the results should be announced on 16th April around 16:00 GMT

Do not advertise your art gallery/other such creations unrelated to the contest. ◈ Entries sent privately to any member of the jury will be rejected. ◈ Keep on respecting the forums rules, the same rules apply here. ◈ Don't call out an entry that you think is bad, this will be considered offensive and the post will be moderated. Entry Related ◈ Don't cheat/ask anyone else to design the fur for you! ◈ Don't take any furs from websites. Every entry will be checked carefully. ◈ Don't try begging, bribing or otherwise influencing the jury. This will instantly lead to disqualification from the competition. ◈ Don't take any furs from threads such as 'Create your own fur' or from the 'shop suggestions thread' unless you created it yourself and have not used it in the past 4 Create a Fur competitions. ◈ Please refrain from posting more than 1 version of the same fur design as it will confuse the jury. By this we mean that don't post the same fur with some colours changed or added/removed detail. ◈ NEW ! Unlike last year, this year consumable entries are not allowed. ◈ NEW + IMPORTANT ! Unlike in previous year's, this year one entry must be birthday themed whilst the other can be any theme you want. ◈ IMPORTANT ! It would help if you avoided editing your entry post more than a week later after it was made, as it will make it harder for us to follow which entries were entered. As most entries are added to the 'database' a week after they're submitted. On the other hand... ◈ You are allowed to create 2 fur entries! ◈ You're allowed to create furs related to animals, but make sure they are in mouse forms. Furs that are not in mouse forms will be rejected! ◈ You're able to add clothing onto the fur designs! ◈ You're able to create a badge with the fur, though this is not necessary and will not give you any advantages in the contest. We hope the competition runs smoothly without any problems!
This year there will be 6 jury members which will judge the furs in 3 to 4 judging phases to narrow entries down from a huge number down to a lower one. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your or someone else's entry, please PM me and I will either answer your question or raise your concern to the jury members. Every entry will be thoroughly checked, if your entry seems to break any of the rules in the 'Rules' tab, then you will be disqualified immediately.
