It's not about the fact this flag represents a country or not. It's about the fact if you're going to add the flag of one particular minority, other minorities will want their flags to be available in the game as well. Where will you draw the line between which group gets a flag and which group doesn't, risking the accusation of discrimination? Limiting the use of flags to countries means this line is pretty clear without misunderstandings regarding a potential message from the company. I don't think they'd want to be involved in any political matters anyways so it's easier to avoid the whole thing.

I agree with this. I support the LGBT community but to favor one group over another, it would only invite trouble and send the wrong message.

Well if the children are sheltered then they can deal to learn with what the world accepts because nobody cares about their bigoted hateful views.

I'm actually gonna chance my view on this,
If they should just stick to national country flags. Also my suggestion to to have a "/f lgbt remove" option would be bad. Because if the flag is already that controversial to have a remove option then why add the flag.

Well.. when you put it that way.. people who actually want the flag and people who don't, don't you think that'd cause arguments?
Many other people who actually support the flag have bigoted hateful views themselves so I don't really see the point of the flag.
