I've submitted a map (exported) after validating it.
But, the 40 cheese was not removed from my account?
Does this mean I did not send it in? Or that it wasn't uploaded??

Were you given a popup window with with a map code (such as @5522907) when you exported it? If you weren't, it wasn't exported.

How do people get more shapes to build? Some objects in art maps have over 30 shapes! And, I wanted to make an art map.

Most people draw their own art using Viprin's Editor or import art from cjobjects.

Yes, doubling posting in fanarts is permitted if it is your own thread and if you are updating.
