Everybody that inquired for a payment problem through the contact form should have received a notice. Since a lot of players tried multiple times to buy fraises, I will ask the programmers if it's possible to refund all the transactions, so the players can make another transaction later to choose how many fraises they really want. I sincerely apologize for this. This is the very first time in 5 years of the fraises existence that this happens. We usually have a ton of checks in place so nobody can be charged without receiving fraises, but somehow they failed. I'll do everything I can for it not to happen ever again. |

Please just refund everyone, for the simple fact multiple people put in extra orders just trying to get it to work since it kept getting stuck on validation. Im certain I'm not the only one who didnt wanted ALL of those tries to go through instead of just 1. In short. Ok we are in the office, and thankfully, we are able to identify which transactions didn't credit fraises. We are currently coding something to refund all these transactions. There will be no need for a contact form request, we are refunding everyone that was impacted. We'll keep you updated when the refund goes live. |

Alright we've rolled out the refunds. We credited the fraises for the first transaction that you did, and refunded the rest. So if you made 3 transactions of 5$, only the first worked, and you got your 500 fraises. The other 2 transactions got refunded. If you made only 1 transaction of 20$, you were given 2400 fraises. We also gave out a small amount of fraises for free to everyone that was impacted by the bug, as a token of apology. We have a very precise list of the accounts that were impacted, so if you have any problem, please use the contact form so we can sort this out. I sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience. |
