Paypal payments in game should still be disabled, but you can safely buy on the forum for now.

Fraises have been given out, your nickname doesn't show up in my logs of impacted accounts, please use the contact form if you think your transaction didn't get through.

Ahhh thank you so much Melibellule- and everyone on staff. I marked the problem over PayPal as resolved(so nothing else happens hopefully). I will definitely be sure to make future purchases knowing this was the first time it bugged like this in the whole time of existing. Thank you guys for working on it so quickly!

It's already been refunded, and that can't be undone. Your first transaction however went through and granted you 240 free fraises, so that's something.

My computer is windows 10 64 bit
I dont know the adobe version

And my problem is:
About two months ago, i tried to buy 145 fraises, actually, i successfully received 144 fraises, but i didn't receive one of them. My one fraise is gone, its not a big deal, but it might be a problem if i cant buy something with only one fraise. Please help me, thanks

the amount of time needed to buy fraises varies for each account. this means someone may have needed to play 2 days on the steam client to purchase fraises on steam, while others may have to play for 5 days. just keep playing and you will be allowed to eventually.

if you could read what an admin said literally above you, paypal is disabled. this is due to something that's been going on where people would be charged without getting their fraises.
