They are currently disabled in-game, however you can buy them through the forums by going to the My account page in the drop-down menu in the top right.

A new payment system for Steam was introduced 7th June 2016, and it only counts your play time after this was implemented (so any time played before 7th June 2016 doesn't count). It's unknown how long you have to play for, as the admins are keeping this a secret, but if you keep actively playing on Steam, you should be able to buy fraises.

It's already been refunded, and that can't be undone. Your first transaction however went through and granted you 240 free fraises, so that's something.

dude, chill out. the time needed is different for every account.
some may need to play more than others. just keep playing and you'll be able to purchase fraises eventually.

Hello, I tried to purchase fraises through paypal, but nothing popped up. I then tried to purchase it through forums; however, it says that there was a transaction error. I used several different web browsers, but the same issue occurred on all of them.

I am lvl 62 and have been playing on steam version since the beginning I still cant purchase fraises I really think my account is bugged
