If people don't read the T&C, and they happen to breach them, any repercussions fall on them. There's no free pass just because Atelier didn't include a tldr.

Is it possible to make the terms and conditions paragraphs bit shorter and should contain all necessary contents at the same time. (For the T&S shows at the first time while creating the account)?

Because players (including me) are not that patient enough to read even the 1/4 the of the total text... that too when it's so excited to try the game.What I meant is it will be more effective to make players be aware of the most important rules regarding the game which are related to moderating reasons etc. Are to be shown. All these fraises and PayPal things are secondary. They should be shown later?

No, but in the event of an inappropriate username, mods can send admins requests and an admin would be able to change it.

The Guidelines and Rules thread is based on the T&C, and summarizes the most important things you need to know in regards to rules and regulations. The T&C is a legal document for the company and cannot be made shorter.

Inappropriate tribe name.

To expand a bit more, a tribe's name would be considered inappropriate if it breaks one of the rules of the public chat (for example: racism, homophobia, etc.)

Players are not able to ban themselves. The /ban command players can utilize is to request a roomban of another player.

I assume yes to this since I've seen multiple people before with say, Donald Trump as their profile pic but I might as well ask, can our profile pics reference politics and if yes to what degree, obviously something like a controversial message might break the no politics rule but I'm not so sure about someone face.

For example I was thinking of making this my new profile pic

A politician's face is fine, to some degree. Someone like Hitler is not allowed, as well as other similar historical figures.

I have sent a couple messages to some moderators but I will ask here too because I really can't wait so long to be able to play tfm again lmao. So, I have been banned for 360 hours. It told me I have hacked. Beforehand, I was playing in the Brazilian server in a room with almost 100 people in it. I was lagging very badly and must have looked like I was hacking. A few people were enraged and sent reports about it and within a few seconds I was banned. But I have done nothing wrong. Is it possible for the ban to be lifted? I am kind of annoyed about this as I truthfully have not done anything to get banned.

It'll be possible for them to lift it if you were not banned by Buffy (automated ban bot). Otherwise, when you do receive a message, they'll most likely direct you to the moderator who banned you, and only then can they decide if they wanna lift the ban or not.

Your best bet to appeal would be to message a BR moderator.

It stands for "Ban on Sight". Since there isn't a ban on your account you probably were banned because you used a VPN or some other sort of public IP address that someone who is BoS has used. You should be able to log in from your regular IP but if not you can PM me and I can try to sort it out for you.
