Problems with payment/fraises?

I tried to buy fraise on the steam client and Im logged into steam and everything but, when I go to the shop to buy fraise the payment option doesnt show up just paypal and hipay.

Hello, so when I buy fraises, it always says: "Sorry, but we couldn't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." Is there anything wrong with my account? I was able to buy fraises previously.

Not enough money maybe? Or you aren't able to pay with that method, so whatever you're using try another or just check if you have enough money

I tried to buy 2400 fraises earlier today. I have tried in-game and on Atelier 801. Neither worked, It said "Transaction error, please try again later." Or something like that... Why can't I get fraises? Transformice has had this problem for a while now and it's annoying

Hello. I have a problem here; I have bought fraises, and the money ($9.99 + tax) has been removed from my account, but I keep getting the error message from paypal that the transaction isn't going through and that I need to try again. I have not gotten any receipts or any emails from paypal since June 15th, and this happened just a few minutes ago. Why has the money been removed from my account? If the money has been sent through, why is Paypal saying the purchase failed? Also, yes, I do have enough money in the account and I am sure that I entered everything correctly.

I really hope this forum isn't dead...

I paid $10 for fraises, my parents put in the credit card stuff. Afterwards, it brought me to a blank atelier801 page. I logged into TFM, and had no fraises, I told my parents what happened, they told me that "this is just one of those money scam sites. Don't try again." So I'm stuck with 0 fraises and my parents won't let me try again. I dont know if the money was charged or not, but I can;t try again due to my parents. No idea what to do.

I used paypal to buy 15$ worth of fraises.
I play on the standalone, and i bought the fraises through the forum-way, with the "my account" tab.
I use chrome, and I play on windows 10, I have the newest version of flash player.
I tried to spend 15$ for fraises, however when the information was sent, paypal loaded, then stoppedm, sent me back to the forum page and said "forbidden"

The information was correct and not forged, and the card has more than enough money on it, so i dont understand

i used guest payout on paypal, so maybe that was a problem?

So from the second post, I understand that if you don't have a PayPal account you might not get the fraises right away?
Because I just bought 2400 fraises and I haven't gotten them in my account yet. It would make sense if it took a while, I just want to make sure that this might be what happened?

Edit:

I used PayPal, guest buy, didn't save the info as an account, got error 3, the card has enough money in it, using chrome, everything was entered correctly

I don't get why it failed. Seriously.
