I used paypal to buy 15$ worth of fraises.
I play on the standalone, and i bought the fraises through the forum-way, with the "my account" tab.
I use chrome, and I play on windows 10, I have the newest version of flash player.
I tried to spend 15$ for fraises, however when the information was sent, paypal loaded, then stoppedm, sent me back to the forum page and said "forbidden"

The information was correct and not forged, and the card has more than enough money on it, so i dont understand

i used guest payout on paypal, so maybe that was a problem?

I used PayPal, guest buy, didn't save the info as an account, got error 3, the card has enough money in it, using chrome, everything was entered correctly

It appears that some versions of Google Chrome update may cause the purchase to fail. Try using a different browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Enabling automatic updates (or manually updating it) on Google Chrome should also help.

Try to use some other browser?

I am using Paypal, and I'm using Chrome on Windows 7. The farthest I can get to buying fraises is the confirmation page but whenever I click confirm it keep redirecting me to the Paypal checkout. So basically an endless loop.

When I go back to the Atelier website:
"Failed to add fraises to your account

The order was canceled or has encountered an error.

I have tried to buy fraises, but everytime I try it just sits at the loading screen thing after you press "Comfirm"
I have tried waiting it out but it just said there as an error or something. I never got my fraises.
Please help! I'd love to buy them if this didn't glitch up.

I'm trying to buy fraises via steam, and I have 30+ hours clocked, but it still says I need more time. I run the Windows 10 TFM Steam version. Did they change the time requirement?

Hello my friends, I need help to buy fraise on Transformice with steam so my problem is 6 days ago I tried to buy 4000 fraise it works and I had only 20 hours Played on Steam everything good, before yesterday I tried to pay again it starts to show me this message ''You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase.'' so I started to play on transformice standalone for 80 hours I let it open all day and I still can't buy , is it a global problem or its just me ? my account got [•] You have played for 35 days, 16 hours, 33 minutes and 46 seconds., Transformice 83 hours .

i tried to buy fraises with my american express card. it's stuck on the "payment validation in progress" page.
i tried again on the my account page instead of in shop and it said it was a problem with paypal, but it's not because i purchased sims 4 over paypal after giving up on my fraises and it worked.

I think something is wrong with Zeevex, because every time I try to put in my information and I click "Pay," it brings up a blank page. This glitch has been happening for over a year now, I'm not sure how I can pay for fraises...

why is there no steam payment method I just don't have another payment method on which I can rely on pls just bring the steam wallet payment method back pls/ sorry for grammar if something is misspelled

when i bought the fraises the confirmation screen never loaded i tried multiple times, it won't let me buy the frasies ;(

A workout around for people who using a Card!!!

Hello, people. I have found a work around for Atelier801 not accepting cards and forever waiting to accept. A801 don't accept cards currently but it accepts payments from a PayPal Balance. Since you can't completely deposit funds from a card to a PayPal account directly, please follow these steps to add the funds from you're card to your PayPal balance.

What you need!
-2 Unique PayPal.me Accounts
-A Cards (Debit, gift, etc.)
-Common Sense

1. You need to have 2 PayPal.me accounts. It can be 2 accounts you made or one that is yours and one that is from a trusted friend (Make sure is trusted. Don't want scam). You can register with 2 different email account for each account.
---You can't continue unless you have 2 PayPal Accounts---
2. Decide which one is the Receive account and which one is the Buying Account. If you're doing this with a friend, you're account is automatically the buying account.
3. Now send the amount of money you want to Transformice from the card to the Receive account. Please note that when signing up with PayPal.me, you have to set a username. The page to send the money to the Receive account, it's http://paypal.me/username/.
4. Once the receive account has received the money in their PayPal balance, they should be now sending it to the Buying Account. Same process like you did in step 3 but Receive account PayPal balance to Buying Account.
5. Once the funds are in the buying account, you now pay with that PayPal balance with Fraises. Please note you must be login to your PayPal Buying account in order to spend the money.

Need proof of this working? My name was Cheesezwheel but after doing this process with a friend, i got a name changed to NekoTonyy.

Please, if you have another way of adding funds from a card to a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal Balance, please post it.

TRANSFORMICE DON'T ACCEPT CARDS ATM BUT THEY DO ACCEPT MONEY FROM A PAYPAL BALANCE!!!

Can someone please help me? Is it possible to transfer fraise? I bought fraise in wrong account and now I need to purchase a fur in order to gift those fraise to my original account. But I don't want to waste my fraise on an account that I won't use again.
