Hipay is not showing again i can't buy with sms

Please help :(

i want nyan boxes, it was working three weeks ago

I use Win 7, transformice.exe, 64bit, Sms method to pay

Im so mad ive played 88 hours on steam and it still wont let me buy tfm fraises via the steam client and the transformice.com declines my card but the others dont

I've been trying to buy fraises on steam all week, but it always says I need to spend more time on the game. I have 67 total hours on steam, 17 from this week, yet for some reason that's not enough? My friend can immediately go into payment, even though he only has 23 total hours in steam and overall much less time than me in general. It doesn't seem to make any sense and it's especially infuriating when I want to buy some collectors items before they're gone forever

E: After the server restart it's all good! I've managed to buy fraises (thank god the blue jay fur is still available dang)

I get the "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase." message as well, however I have made fraise purchases through steam before. I just got gift cards for steam for christmas and was hoping to get more fraises, but it keeps giving me that message. About how long do I have to wait? And why has it suddenly done this? is this a new feature? Thanks!

OMG same, like people keep on saying to keep on playing, but I am, and everyday I try to buy frasies, the same message always appears! Is there like a certain amount of hours/time you need because the collector items is disappearing soon, and I really want them

ayy idk if you fixed this or not but you just have to exit out of your session, go into the steam client, go to your games, click transformice, and click play. It'll bring you into the game again, and then your steam buying options should appear

There was a new-ish thing brought in for fraise purchases on Steam; not allowed to share what it is due to security reasons, but if you keep actively playing on Steam, you should be able to buy them again. Apologise for the inconvenience!

Explained with you on Discord; it took your phone credit but you received no fraises, so please use the contact form. Make sure you include a screenshot of the error SMS message you were sent.

I think I found an answer to the "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase." error! I got the message after I tried to buy fraises from my grandparents house at Christmas. But once I was back on my regular wifi for about a week, I was able to buy fraises again. Maybe the issue has to do with steam and certain wifis/stable wifis/using one location. let me know if this has anything to do with you guys!

External accounts can't receive gifts, AND the gifter is still out fraises, even though nothing is received, which is theft on the devs part. Please fix it so that either external accounts can receive gifts, or the fraises don't get spent.

I cannot see the option to buy the $19.99 fraises [2000 +400] or $14.99 fraises [1500 +200]. Instead I only see the option to buy $0.99 fraises [100] to $10.00 fraises [1000 +100]. Meanwhile, others who also play on steam have these options for some reason.


I also don't think time is the issue:

In order to have access to the purchase of more fraises you need to play much more time Transformice on Steam and they will be enabled.

I went and did all the payment things, but the tab that says "don't close this in till your payment is done" didn't recede

Hi, I did everything I had to do on PayPal and once it said "You must now return to the game to confirm your payment. You will be charged only after the confirmation." I went back to the page, (I've checked and I have enough money on my profile), so once I went back to the transformice- I did not close out the tab - and it still said "Payment in progress...Please follow the instructions. Do not close this window until you have confirmed your payment." Help?

After i pay on paypal a fraise pops up saying go back to tfm to confirm your purchase i go back and nothing pops up?

i have the same problem and i cant get the new eevee fur;(

I used Google Chrome to pay for fraises via Paypal, when I finished the payment and returned back to Transformice to confirm my payment nothing showed up. This has happened three times now?
