oh well, the problem is that my friend harbir wanted to give me 1000 fraises, i got off my acc for 5 min as harbir said and gave my pass, the minute i got back on, there were still 0 fraises, i predict the buy fraises thing doesn't work

Zong has a lot of problems so I wouldn't recommend using it.

You should never give your password to anyone. Your friend likely told you that so they could have your password, not to give you fraises. You need to change your password immediately.

whenever i click the buy fraises button, the add another email thing pops up, and then when I do that part, the activation code goes away before I can copypaste, AND the email doesnt even show up ;(

I bought 500 fraises and then bought the white colour and black colour, and my fraises was deducted yet i dont have the new items or a new title from getting my 22nd item. I still have 200 fraises at the moment, and not yet spent. So you can check my account and transaction and stuff (if you can) and know that im not lying.
Please Give me back my fraises or give me my items and fix this bug thanks

@KatBurger, im sure ive pruchased, i confirmed it too, the thumbnails disappeareed when i click 'yes' and my fraises is deducted without having the items. I checked multiple times, and my items are not there, but my fraises is still 200 :/

I bought 500 fraises and I got some sort of error in transformice. I did not receive the 500 fraises, yet it appears everything on paypal worked properly.

I'm trying to use the Zong payment method. It's taking my money, but I haven't received any fraises!

From what we know so far, this is not a problem on Transformice's end but on Zong's end. They are most likely failing to transfer the money from Zong to Transformice.

Please visit <a href="http://www.zong.com/help/contact-us" target="_blank">this page</a> and explain your problem as precisely as possible. You should either get a refund, or they'll send your money to Transformice and you'll get your fraises. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this, though. We also haven't got any information on how long it takes to get a response or your problem fixed.

It appears that a recent Google Chrome update is causing the purchase to fail. Try using a different browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.

I'm trying to buy fraises using Zong, but it's not working.

Zong may not support your country, you should be fine if your country is listed <a href="http://www.zong.com/merchants/global_reach" target="_blank">here</a>, though. Vice versa, however, you might still be able to purchase fraises even if your country is not on the list.

I just bought 500 fraises today, so I bought a customization for the scarf, which only costs 20. It was a bit glitchy, so I reopened the shop and clicked to buy it again a few times, but it wasn't buying. When I finally was able to buy it, my number of fraises jumped from 500 to 420 fraises remaining. Trying to buy the first three times didn't give me the customization at all, but the fourth buy did, so I guess that the game thought I bought the same thing 4 times.

I'll be more patient with the system next time, but I'd like my missing 60 fraises back so I can buy some more stuff! :) Thank you for your time.

EDIT: My fraises were refunded today! I gave up on this getting resolved, but looks like someone was looking into it, so thank you very much forum <3

So i was looking for people with the same bug, and found that macedragon had the same bug as me. i have already messaged the admins, but havent got my 300 fraises back. And its been a day, im a bit impatient sorry :/ so can someone look into it for me? C;
