Hi, I did everything I had to do on PayPal and once it said "You must now return to the game to confirm your payment. You will be charged only after the confirmation." I went back to the page, (I've checked and I have enough money on my profile), so once I went back to the transformice- I did not close out the tab - and it still said "Payment in progress...Please follow the instructions. Do not close this window until you have confirmed your payment." Help?

If you have lost money, you'll have to use the contact (Contact form help and tips - Payment problem).

Also, you have to be sure that you don't have popups blocked. Probably, you might have to change your default browser.

This is my first post, so forgive me if I've made a mistake. I had the same problem method of purchasing fraises with message saying, "You must now return to the game to confirm your payment. You will be charged only after the confirmation." while in the game but no other window appear. However, I did find another solution that could help others.
Note: I purchased fraises with my debit card through my open bank account while doing this method.

1st: Login to your account on the forums, click on your username on the top right corner and click, "My account." https://prnt.sc/i47pwq
2nd: Then click, "Buy fraises." https://prnt.sc/i47pbm
3rd: You should see fraise amounts you would like to buy. https://prnt.sc/i47pdh

It should take you to Paypal or purchase site you order to the amount you like. Once you're done filling in the information, it'll take you back to the Atelier website and you should see the amount you ordered. If this has worked for you, great. If this doesn't, then you might need to ask someone else for help or retry the steps again. Hope this helps. :-)

Same here. I tried buying fraises on 2 different computers and 2 different browsers. The popup to confirm your payment never comes up. I waited and still nothing. Kind of pathetic. Tomorrow I'll try it on another computer. Will keep you posted.

For some reason, I am unable to buy fraises. It's fine until I need to switch back to the game, where it still displays the payment in progress screen, thus I am unable to confirm the payment. It's always worked before.

I used Paypal,
I use a Web Browser to access Transformice
I used Chrome the first time and Firefox the second, and neither worked
My computer runs Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit
I think Flash is 28.0.0.137

I went through with ALL the instructions with a card with 50.00 on it.

After it said to confirm, I went back to the Transformice (browser) window and...it still had the complete your payment pop-up. The confirmation NEVER popped up, even if I reloaded, did it several times, and everything I could.

How do I fix this?

Purchasing fraises goes fine and normally until I confirm payment in-browser and the browser tells me to confirm in-game. The in-game popup still says to go to Paypal with the link. It will not change to a confirmation popup.

Went to buy on paypal and then it said I had to go back to transformice to confirm the payment, went back to transformice and there was no confirmation payment. I was not given a confirm option, this is the only thing it says on both pages.

It's happening again! I can't buy fraises and the popup isnt showing and I tried on other computers and it didnt work!
