i have the same problem. i payed for a total of 1200+ fraises 10 euros but it wont work. it tells me to go back to transformice but for some reason i wont receive any fraises

Ok i go through the shop, press buy fraises, click paypal, click the 20 dollar one (2400 fraises), and i go through my paypal and then the blue screen with the giant fraise and the text, "You must now return to the game to confirm your payment. You will be charged only after the confirmation," shows up, so i go back to the game and it is still at where i left which is the box that says payment in process... please follow the instructions do not close this window until you have confirmed your payment, and i wait for more than 30 minutes nothing happens..... so am i doing something wrong.. please help.

It's been reported. You can buy fraises in the forums or on Steam.

I don't know how long I have to wait, but on Paypal it says "You must now return to the game to confirm your payment. You will be charged only after the confirmation." and in the game it has the little pop-up saying it's in progress. I'm not sure how long it takes, but is something wrong? It's been like that for about ten minutes and the confirmation hasn't appeared.

Ah! Never mind, I paid through forum and received them.

I am having a big issue trying to purchase fraises with paypal. Once I get to the 'return to your game to confirm' I go back and its still on the first piece telling me to go into paypal//pop up, no confirmation is popping up its been happening every time I try to purchase and I really wanted to get it for the fur send halp ;_;

Please help, I try to buy Fraises using a debit card and it takes me to the PayPal page and everything looks fine, A guest checkout page pops up with the option to log in, but I don't have a PayPal account so I use the guest checkout. On my Transformice page it says don't click out of this tab until payment is done etc. So I fill out my information and a strawberry pops up saying confirm your purchase. I go back to Transformice and click confirm and then it pops up with a login page and my email at the top where the email should be. I go back to Transformice and it says the same thing the first time around. "Don't click out of this tab until you have confirmed your purchase" so I click at the very bottom where it says pay with debit/credit and when I do an exclamation mark at the top says "Your card has been declined, please confirm your purchase with another debit or credit card." I called and it isn't a problem with my bank or anything, I use Internet Explorer as a web browser with the official website, not steam. I just don't understand! I even tried to buy it through the forum and it took me back to the login page.

I have TRIED!!!! I WENT ON THE FORUMS AND IT DOES THE SAME THING!!! I try to purchase fraises and instead of filling out stuff it goes STRAIGHT to the login page. SO I bought steam I played for 35 hours and verified everything and it said I had to have more hours to play on game time. So I can't purchase fraises on the website, forum, or steam. I'm ready to break down I've been trying for days.

so uh i have had this problem couple of times now, so basically i have been buying fraises via HiPay a lot long time ago but now when i wanted to buy fraises again via HiPay i haven't received any code(s) and i have literally been waiting hours now ?

My friend gifted me a fur, but her fraises were taken but I didnt recieve the fur? Please help.
