Ah, so I use steam to buy fraises. It's my first time. So I click on "buy 1100 fraises" and all it says is; An error has occurred while processing your request, please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our team using our contact forum". Over and over! I just want to use my 20 dollars for fraises! Do you guys not want my money?

If you are sure that you have been overcharged and not received your fraises, please send in a contact form , and select the "Payment problem" option. Please include as much information as you can in your message.

If you don't get a reply after 2 weeks, send me a PM, and I can ask the admins to check for your message.

I bought fraises but didnt get them. It went like this.
I went on tfm and went to the tab where u buy fraises. Then i chose HiPay and then wrote the message CODE to the number they gave. I got my code and wrote it in the tab. I was then coming back to tfm and opened it, j got no messqge saying that i got my 400fraises. I feel scammed. I didclose the tab right after I got the message that payment is complete. Somebody who knows this tell me how do i get my money or fraises back. :((

Unfortunately it seems as if you were affected by the bug earlier. Meli sent this message in-game earlier:

You should receive your fraises when the admins are able to fix the bug.

Hello! My problem might not be exactly transformice itself, it could be just Steam being stupid and none of you can understandably help me with this since this isn't a Steam forum, but here's a list of information before stating my actual issue:
Payment Method: Steam
How I access Transformice: I go through the Steam program and look for Transformice in my Games tab. So a Steam standalone.
Main Web Browser?: Chrome
Operating System?: Windows
Flash Player Version?: I think this is irrelevant because I don't play Transformice on Chrome or through Flash in general.

My issue: I wanted to pay for 1,100 fraises (1,000 fraises + 100 free), but it won't let me so much as log in to pay for it.

1st, I log into Transformice and go to 'Shop' and click 'Buy Fraises'. It shows me this pop-up: http://prntscr.com/ldniwi
2nd, I click the 1,100 fraises, and it shows me this pop-up in the Transformice program that's open: http://prntscr.com/ldnjtn
3rd, After a second of it showing me this, it automatically opens a separate tab in chrome to a steam page like this: http://prntscr.com/ldnkin
4th, I enter my log in information exactly, no typos what-so-ever, and no matter how long I wait after each attempt it shows me this message on the page: http://prntscr.com/ldnl9z

So far, I'm not able to get passed that. I've tried changing my password to my Steam Account, I've waited several hours after each attempt, and nothing seems to work. I have more than the appropriate amount of funds in my Steam Wallet, and I've been trying to pay for this for forever. I'm safely logged into the actual Steam App that I downloaded onto my computer, but whenever I try to log in using a Chrome tab, a tab in Firefox, or a tab in Internet Explorer, it. won't. work. Please help!!
