I select an amount of fraises, I select Paypal as my payment method, I log into Paypal, I click 'pay now' (or whatever it says when you're completing the transaction), and then Paypal tells me to check with my card issuer before retrying that card, and to add a new card to my account. I tried using my Paypal to buy something else online to see if it was actually my card or Paypal, and everything went just fine with that, so it can't be a Paypal or card issue. I've tried un-adding and re-adding my card to my account. I have tried retrying the card, multiple times in a row in one case. I have tried to buy fraises directly from my forum account, and still it does the same thing. I have noticed that Paypal is asking me for a shipping address, when fraises are not something that can be shipped to you physically, which might be the problem? In conclusion, please tell me what to do so that I can buy fraises. I recently have gotten back into the game, and now that I have my own money and card, I'd like to buy the furs that I could never have when I was younger.

Clicking the 'buy fraises' button doesn't do anything - it closes the shop and nothing shows up, no message in chat either. I've been told that it could be because I haven't spent enough time in-game but I doubt it as I have about 200 hours on record. I can buy fraises on my old laptop which runs Windows 10 so this might be a Mac only issue.

I tried to buy fraises, for the first time. I have a phone company that after a while it just steals whatever money I have left unused in my card, so I thought it better to let Atelier have it. The problem is, I get a code to send to AP but when I try it, it says: "Can't send message with GR Cosmote - error 38". I am in Greece by the way. The site Hipay uses says it supports my country. Any solution, advice?
