In the current design, making a slope back to the hole in the water is frustrating for shaman and mice's skills to climb up on a slope in water can affect the result.)

stably solvable with only 1 cannon and 5 times portal spawns. Anticlouds must not be expressed as hollowed grounds in a portal map because whether the hollowed areas have collision with mice or not is not formally defined. (it's not a problem in non-portal maps because mice can never go there.)
ice + water makes builds harder and unstabler. the center ground can be another type of ground which has friction.

shaman gets stuck after he jumps. the circles should be cloud. they are too much obstacle making the map more monosolution. anti-gravity does not give an interesting concept about structure in solutions but it restricts solutions excessively by disabling mice from jumping. a green anchor must be at (0,0) instead of the red square.
hole too far. as shown in the picture http://i.imgur.com/PjuAplC.png and http://i.imgur.com/M9pePgZ.png it's highly expected that shaman makes a slope to the cheese which seemingly can't reach it. although it actually works due to the weak gravity, it should be more obvious that the slope is safe enough for mice.

this map could be interesting if shaman couldn't attach balloons to objects crossing the center cloud then shaman would need to build a foundation on the triangle platform. however, since shaman can tie balloons around the cloud in the current design, this map can be solved in the same way as @476169 is solved.
since offscreen building (ex. http://i.imgur.com/rVIHyDa.png) is highly expected, the platform should be lower or Ca="" should be added into the P tag to hide offscreen.
little misalignment (x coordinates of the lower right platform should be 656)

- possible solutions examples: make this map antigravity, make the wood ground thicker etc.

almost impossible to make a completely stable structure which is not affected much by mice's weight. this map gets significantly easier when the mice are pro and cooperative.
