Maybe using Firefox will work?
And did you make Internet Explorer your default browser just in case?

I tried to buy fraises with my mastercard and i had the right ammount i tried to buy the 5 dollar package! it wouldnnt work it said The bank who issued the cards didnt allow it

Alrighty, a kind soul redirected me to this page so yeah... here's my problem. I was awfully bored with Transformice so i decided to buy some fraises via PayPal, no errors, smooth sailing. Suddenly, it redirected me to a page, i believe it said Thank you for Purchasing fraises please validate on Transformice, so ok... I went on transformice, logged in. There was nothing, no here are your fraises page, no anything. So i became angry, but not for long!

Here are my details
This is my first time buying fraises
I closed the "thank you for purchasing fraises" page (don't know what that does)
I purchased the 1000 fraises (1100?) for 9.45
I live in Australia
I am gouging my eyes out

You weren't supposed to log out, you were supposed to keep the game and box open(the one that said "do not close this box until you have validated purchase) or something like that.
You haven't lost the money since you didn't click the "yes" on TFM, so just redo it again, but make sure not to close your browser.

Did you make the browser you were using your default one?

I've seen many people struggling with buying fraises, so I spent 10 dollars for the tutorial o/
So yeah, well, I made a tutorial with screenshots(PayPal) devised of six easy steps
I used Firefox and had it set as my default browser.
First: Open Shop and click "Buy Fraises"

Second: Click however much you want to purchase, the site will automatically open

Third: Fill out everything for paypal and then click "Confirm"

Fourth: Click Pay now

Fifth: Go back to your Transformice tab

Sixth: Check your shop

I hope this will help you when purchasing fraises ^^

From what we know so far, this is not a problem on Transformice's end but on Zong's end. They are most likely failing to transfer the money from Zong to Transformice.

You should either get a refund, or they'll send your money to Transformice and you'll get your fraises. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this, though. It appears that a recent Google Chrome update is causing the purchase to fail. Try using a different browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.

I'm trying to buy fraises using Zong, but it's not working.

Zong may not support your country, you should be fine if your country is listed <a href="http://www.zong.com/merchants/global_reach" target="_blank">here</a>, though. Vice versa, however, you might still be able to purchase fraises even if your country is not on the list.

Before i tried using a mastercard to buy fraises.
It said the bank thatissued the card didnt allow it.
I had enough money and i entered everything correctly.
Is the game causing this of the card

I should think soon, because a lot of people are getting fraises for Christmas. I'm sure the admins have noticed, and they'll get onto it when they can. Probably not today since they have lives, and they want to spend it on Christmas.
