Anyway, setting the exaggeration aside, the feature is incredibly minor and I think it would be cool but I haven't seen anyone using the flag feature in like, 150 years so y'know.

There's no exaggeration to how much hate a little flag can create, it's like you've never encountered the massive side of homophobic players on Transformice.

I know what items like these do to games, there will be outbreaks of homophobic slurs the moment the flag is added, people overusing it, cafe topics expressing hate, the list just goes on.

I mean I'd love to be able to have something for pride, but not an item where cons outweigh the pros.

If you want express your love for LGBT in TFM, you can do other ways than do something obvious like waving rainbow flag(s). Maybe with make LGBT tribe or private conversation for LGBTers.

The very existence of this thread shows at least some players don't care much about the 'intended' function of the flags.

I really wish gameplay balancing threads got a fraction of the attention this silly flag thread has gotten.
